We understand you had 12 winning sessions in the casino for $1,066 prior to your final session. Regarding your account access, the same IP address had been used the previous five days in the week since you opened your account.

Please understand that your smart phone and personal computing device as well as all credentials stored within are your responsibility to secure from roommates, viruses, or unauthorized access. Bookmaker's log-in is totally encrypted. SBR released an article on a similar topic to guide players to steps they can take to keep their accounts secure.

Went to bed last night with $7,200 in account, wake up this morning with $0.11!!!!!!! WTF? I contacted customer service at Bookmaker, they tell me to call so I do.... I speak to a lady there who puts me on hold for 5 minutes, comes back and tells me that I played online blackjack and lost $7,200!!!! I told her that I did not do this and that my IP address has been cloned somehow and the account compromised here! Bookmaker is not being helpful one bit, I did play sports and did play online blackjack before bed but would never go from $7200 down to $0.11. Account with them just opened last week, have had a huge run and think this is a way for this company to tell me to go away by taking ALL my money!!!! I have fined a SBR complaint here. Have been wagering online with various sport books for YEARS, since 1997 and have never been robbed like this!

What Can I do, if anything? Has this happened to anyone else here? I need advice as I’ve just been COMPLETELY wiped out at no fault of my own!

Not sure what SBR or anyone could do to help in this situation. In my eyes Bookmaker is the best of the best. You're a new poster who joined today and whether or not you are telling the truth we don't know. I'd get a hand history of the blackjack games from them for starters because I know Bookmaker has $250 cap for blackjack so if someone was playing on your account and trying to win it would still take a while to lose $7,200. Looking at a hand history could at least show Bookmaker that whomever was on your account purposely lost the money. Hitting on 20s to bust, etc.

While I'd like to believe you, there are more stories of people who did something stupid and lost than there are stand up guys who truly had their accounts compromised, etc.

Hopefully you can get the answers your looking for.

If something happened I'd say the chances of Bookmaker being the ones responsible are exactly 0%. It would mean your computer is compromised or account info stolen and IP spoofed. Get the hand history from Bookmaker for blackjack. That's very easy information to receive and will give you the answer to how the money was lost.

I'd want my money back as well. But if you can't even take the time or don't want to disclose the hand histories from the blackjack tables then you're without help. If someone got into your account and spoofed your IP address they would most likely withdraw to a bitcoin wallet of their own. Not just lose the money in your account at blackjack.

Also. The money was not taken because you were winning. This isn't some D rated book. It's Bookmaker who takes $50,000 bets and $7,000 is nothing to them. If something happened I'm almost positive its on your end and not theirs.

You can make 5 payouts per week.

You're not winning too much for being a new player. While $7,000 is a lot of money no doubt and certainly not an amount you'd ever want stolen maybe you should stop accusing them of stealing your funds and work towards a solution. You're only hurting yourself and your case if something truly did happen besides you losing it.

Had no drinks, I did play blackjack last night after some games however when I was done I had around $7200. Also the max bet on mobile site on bj is $500 and I may play $100 on occasions however not stupid enough to wager $500 per hand! Also you can only make one withdrawal every 7 days which is a joke. Anyways we will see what happens however have been basically robbed here.

Am going to request that once they get in contact with me. I called them this afternoon and the guy at the casino department had “stepped” out for a few minutes and that was 2 hours ago. I feel I have been stolen from and am being blamed for going into the account and losing it all. Any of these books can make up these allegations as there is very lack security on these sites, especially with mobile technology. After this I will only wager from an actual computer system vs a cell phone. I’m not going to let Bookmaker off the hook for this, I have 20+ years of online gaming experience and only reason I opened a BM account was due to my old book, Caribsports starting to lose it luster.
