    Bovada won't pay me!

Hi I am new to Bovada and I quickly turned a 50 dollar bitcoin deposit into over 1000 dollars. I only made one bitcoin deposit and then after completing my rollover I requested a payout via bitcoin for 1000. Next day I got an email from bovada stating they had suspended my account until I could provide proper identification proof. Even though I made a bitcoin deposit and never used a credit card I still went ahead and sent them my ID. So I wait about a day and then I get another email from them stating I would need to send a utility bill and selfie of myself holding up my ID. I found this to be ridiculous as I never made a deposit which would require me to send in those documents. I've wagered on many different sites and made bitcoin deposits only and never had to send in any identification. I feel as I am being singled out by bovada because I am new player with them and requested a payout very quickly. I don't know what else to do so I came here. At this point I would not recommend bovada to anyone. They can close your account at any time. It doesn't matter if you made a bitcoin deposit or credit card deposit. Please know even if you send in what they ask you may not get your payout or account enabled again. Right now I feel as if bovada is doing everything possible to keep me from getting my 1k. If anyone can help me with this I'd truly appreciate it. I'm brand new to Bovada so I'm feeling like I've been robbed by them.

This is what square recreational books do - they find ways to stop winning bettors from betting after they make a lot of money off them - I don't see what your so worried about - it seems like they just don't want your action but will still pay you since they aren't accusing you of any suspicious behavior or confiscating funds. In the future if you deposit s amount like $50 bucks at books like Bovada I'd cashout periodically for smaller amounts.

Especially on a BTC. The whole purpose of BTC is anonymity. It defeat the purpose If you have to show ID

Well not really. The whole purpose books offer it is to transfer money, just like every other method. Anonymous or not. The fact it cannot be reversed is the main reason there is less identity info required usually.

I have no love for Bovada but honestly what's with all the crying this is obviously unfair? Bovada has no history of asking this of lots of people. So crying stall tactic is ridiculous.

If it was me I would just give them what they want, and would certainly be expecting it to be fine and be paid. Honest people generally act that way. Those that act like they expect that they will not be paid immediately generally have a reason for being so worried so fast

    exactly

quit whining and crying and do as they ask and you will get your payout

I could be wrong but people who make a big fuss about anonymity and sending in documentation probably have something to hide

Perhaps this player took a bonus ? Then this could fall under the realm of Bovada protecting themselves from multi-accounts/bonus abuse

That could be because OP said he completed his rollover in his post

This stuff comes up all the time with Bovada. They have a glitch where people can use bonuses and not their actual deposited amount. He said he quickly turned his $50 into $1,000 so my guess is he did this through casino play. For all we know he kept depositing $50 a day to take advantage of the 100% bonus every day and only used the free $50 casino play until he won and cleared rollover.

If that's the case then I've heard the story 100x before on 2+2 forum.

I actually hit a 3 team parlay which paid 500 and then a few small bets. I don't play casino ever. I have sent my ID but will not send anything else. I made my bitcoin deposit for anonymity.

I tried not to assume but you are a new member with no posts and the situation I mentioned I've heard hundreds of times before. If you won on sports betting like you said then you absolutely will be paid. But, you will need to oblige to what they are asking. You have to play by their rules.

sounds shady and you probably won't get your payout, nor do you deserve it if you won't comply with their requests.

too bad, you tried too pull a fast one and got caught. You probably have multiple accounts and abused the bonus system that they have which is why you are so steadfast in not wanting to send the documents that they are requesting.

Also, since I don't think you mentioned it or that you have been asked. Did you EVER make a credit card deposit on Bovada? If so, you will definitely need to provide what they are asking.

I can send whatever they ask but it makes me mad they are making me send all these things when I made a bitcoin deposit. They prefer bitcoin deposits and yet still can hassle you on their own terms if needed. I don't know about you guys here but 1k is a lot for me and I would love to get paid. I'll be done with Bovada and going back to my old book. I just loved their platform and how you can lock in live parlays. I've played by the rules but have been robbed.

I sent the ID because it was all they asked for in email. Then a day later they ask for more information. Yes I wanted anonymity but when you don't have a choice you send what they need and it apparently wasn't enough since they sent the second email requesting more stuff. I never used my creditcard with them.

I still sent them my ID. I dont know why you are even thinking I'm some how cheating them? If you made a bitcoin deposit you shouldn't have to send in any proof of ID but I still did. So please don't accuse me.

bottom line..send the documents they are requesting or shut up!! You have noone to blame but yourself if you choose not to send the verification!!

I usually take the player's side against a book but you are being stubborn and ridiculous

YOU are the problem here, not Bovada

I have all documents ready to send. I'm not being stubborn I shouldn't have to send in more stuff after they have my ID. You seem like you work for the book. Stop trying to act like these books care.

bitcoin is designed for you to be anonymous. You should not expect a book to allow you to be anonymous just because you use bitcoin. The books take bitcoin because it is an easy way to deposit. Not to protect your ID. If they want your ID for whatever reason, you have to provide it.

I have provided my ID and sent that right away. I am playing by their rules. But they refuse to pay me out and reactivate my account. I think I'll probably have to chalk it up as a loss. This site robbed me.

You have NO CHOICE. Knock off your B.S. and post the truth. You are trying to hide something. Do not even bother to waste my time denying this. Now you either do what they tell you to do or lose your money. You suckers who play off shore never learn.

They paid me out several thousand and pay out 1K in winnings routinely. You pulled a fast one or are not telling the whole story. Not only do they pay but they pay fast without a hassle.

If I could post my winning ticket I would but I can't log into my account. I have no reason to lie. I am working with them but they can care less. Its been over a week of me communicating with them. Don't come at me with your bs. You don't know the facts I do.
