Don't see the problem, they're just verifying you're actually entitled to the offer and didn't just hear about it on the net.

thats the stupid bullshit that you always get when you talk to the live chat operators at any cris book. Life is too short to fuk with those morons. If cris books were the only offshore out, I'd never use anyone but my local. I know
the WHALES need bookmaker, 99.9% of us don't. lets review--highest juice in the industry, no more than 2 people who speak fluent english, about average payout time(nothing special), slowest email response time of any book I have dealt with, and an overall shitty attitude toward their clients....

my advice, forget the offer, you'll get better somewhere else without jumping through hoops, and they'll actually appreciate your business.

They have a 100% bonus free play on deposits via moneybookers.
Should i give them a chance?

regarding the hassle- this is a stupid post, how hard it is to scam a letter and send it.

The funny thing is, they send me those promos all the time, and i was cut off the loyality points and other bonuses long ago...
so i doubt it matters who got those emails, they just send them to everyone, no matter if the player would qualify...

Diamond sportsbook is such a scam. They advertised their 25% fp sportsbook, 100% casino, and 175% poker bonus. I got my sportsbook bonus no problem. I got my casino bonus but then they stole it for some reason. I got to $1000 rollover out of $4500 and now its gone. I never got my poker bonus and these jerks on live chat always say the poker department is getting serviced. Crock of shit book. I'm glad I only put in $300.

Slim, maybe they had a time limit on the validity of the casino bonus? I received one at Christmas (or maybe just into the new year, can't remember) that was only valid for 30 days. I'd guess if I hadn't completed the rollover within 30 days, it would have vanished. Never played poker so I've no experience with their poker bonuses, sorry.

Might be a good idea for Diamond to explicitly state on the bonus offer that a requirement is to scan or send a pic of the physical card itself. Players who receive it will then know right away what the expectation is and won't get frustrated when they are asked (via chat) to send a digital copy back. As evidenced by this complaint, there are players who don't have a scanner, digital camera or other easy means of creating the image.

honestly, how stupid is it to spend money on a direct mail campaign and then piss off everyone who calls in on the offer by making them jump through hoops???? put an offer code on the mailer, have the clerk verify it and move the fuk on!!! this isn't quantum physics.

I got mixed emotions on this response, because I agree with half of it. CS reps are "morons" because if they weren't, they'd be managers or have some other job. Plus, it's a boring repetitive job where you work with 98% losing bettors, and at half of those are unpleasant. Smart people don't want that job.

Juice is a bit high, but you do get loyalty points unless you're cut-off for winning or steaming. Free payouts are good too, and they get to you fast. This shit is gold in the offshore gambling business.

I usually never have a problem with attitudes with sportsbooks because I make it a point to always be nice to them. I've gotten miracles done by being nice to CS reps. I got five figures out of Betcascade AFTER they tanked because I had a really good working relationship with the CS manager. Two years of being very nice paid off nicely. I ended up getting every penny they owed me. I still can't believe it.

We send out many different promos. We just need to verify the promo that the client is claiming. If we only sent out one promo it would be easier but different people respond to different promos.
