Justbet is the most pathetic sports book ever

It all started 2 months ago when their CS rep "Frank" told me that my deposit wasn't able to go through due to my name being "blacklisted". I called ** several times and they told me my name nor the receivers name is blacklisted. Justbet then gave me another name to deposit to Costa Rica (even though they told me my name was blacklisted in Costa Rica). The same issue happened again where justbet couldn't collect the funds. I called ** again and they said there is no problems either side. So the next day I deposited with another sportsbook, and they gave me a name for Costa Rica. It worked, with no issues.

A month later I thought I'd give justbet another try, and spoke to their CS rep "Hans". He gave me a name to deposit to Costa Rica, and sure enough, it happened again. I asked to speak to a manager, and an idiot called "Nella" said she was the supervisor and guaranteed my name was blacklisted with **. again, the next day I went to another sportsbook, and deposited again, to Costa Rica. No problems whatsoever.

And now, I thought I'd use justbet again, and an idiot called "Amy" said the reason I can't send to Costa Rica is because she guarantees my name is blacklisted. I told this moron that their reps and manager told me this 2 months ago, so it's not true. She started to argue with me like a classless idiot that she is. Then she threatened to close my account.

I then tried to go into their live chat and that hasn't been working for 2 days now. I emailed their customer care and they said the chat is workings, when it isn't.

I'm surprised how these useless farm owned clowns are still in business. Their managers are as educated as people with Down's syndrome and their customer service is like dealing with mentally disabled "robocops"

I'm so tired of this company. Since the bookmaker takeover, they have hired a bunch of brainless idiots who don't give a shit about customers or the business in general. Sbr needs to downgrade these assholess.

I just closed my account with these idiots. Has anyone else had problems with these morons? I can't believe how low they stoop themselves. All around the world customer service is an important thing. But I guess in Costa Rica its not important. I mean being surrounded by farm animals in a barn is probably a stressful environment to work in, but at least try and be friendly!

It sucks that the P2P system is nearly dead but no use getting frustrated with Justbet staff over it.

Obviously there really is some sort of delivery issue between you and their payment processor's receivers or it would not have failed 3 times.

Strange that it still works elsewhere but they aren't doing anything to be difficult. Just a symptom of how restricted P2P has become.

To be honest man...... its not Justnet that is the problem. Yes, you may have had a bad experience with them, but the real problem is P2P,is history. Move on from this method of moving money has now become a mist. I suggest learning about Bitcoin.,

Hey optional! I just don't understand why they can't do more research to figure out why isn't working, rather than giving the only excuse they know of it being "blacklisted". This is what's so frustrating. It obviously isn't blacklisted as I have been sending to Costa Rica with wagerweb and youwager.

If the reps or the justbet accounting did valid research to figure out WHY this is happening, I would've been more appreciative and respect their decision. Instead, they tell me my transaction to Costa Rica has been declined due to my name being blacklisted, and to resolve this issue, they ask me to send another transaction under my name to another Costa Rican processor? It makes no sense whatsoever...

The customer service rep "Amy" was literally arguing with me about how she guarantees my name is blacklisted in Costa Rica. Who does that? CS reps are supposed to actually help and find ways to resolve this...not argue with a customer who works hard for his money and chooses their sports book to play with. I've been a member for 8 years and don't appreciate all the lies they're feeding me.

I've used Bitcoin but after a certain amount of time, my bank finds using this method "suspicious" and encourages me to stop using it, or just blocks them. It's happened twice already with "circle" and "cex.io". I honestly don't know what else to do.

It's actually not even the p2p people. It's the US government giving them pressure about all of the gambling transactions going on. There was an article about this a few months ago in wall street journal. DOJ wants to know why these companies are letting all the transactions go through. Offshore gambling is a major crime according to u.s government. Bitcoin only way now until they shut that down. It's a shame but it's not the books fault

I dunno Sharpy. Maybe that's what she really believes.

I would get frustrated if I was telling them it worked to other books with CR receivers and she was telling me that too though, so I get the rant.

Also my bank questioned my circle transactions. They thought someone hacked my account. They wanted to know who they were and seemed suspicious when I told them they were a bitcoin exchange. They really didn't seem to know what I was talking about.

Lol, I told them the same thing and they were confused as hell. So they blocked them due to "security issues". I truly due hope the USA legalized gambling, so we don't have to go through these stupid 3rd world country sports books. As much as I would like to help out these useless bums, their stupidity just makes me hate them even more.

Justbet is a great book. P2P is not a viable option anymore if you are a regular player unfortunately. I've had great success with their CC processors....and now that BTC is around there's just no need for CC or P2P. This thread title is completely overblown.

This thread is purely about the lack of research the customer service reps do. I can understand IF my name was blacklisted...but when it's not, and the only answer I hear is "your name is blacklisted", it gets frustrating. Customer service is the most important dept in any business. The fact that these barn animals don't follow it, makes me frustrated. Doing a little research to see why the transactions aren't getting picked up earns more respect than saying something out of your azz

I use Wells Fargo as well. They are very nosy about the bitcoin stuff. I only use them because they have a lot of branches near me.

No. They have gotten rid of pretty much all the old jusbet people (that's when justbet was great). Since the bookmaker takeover, they are all a bunch of idiots who don't really care for the customers.

So you are mad because they told that they couldn't accept your deposit multiple times, yet you keep trying, and then you are mad when your deposit it doesn't work??? LOL. Can't make this stuff up.

I'm mad because every time I went into their chat and asked them if everything was okay to proceed with a deposit, they told me it was, and gave me multiple names.

    That's why, idiot.

You're one of those idiots that don't know the difference between "your" and "you're", so you type the whole " you are" lolol

Again, you can't make this stuff up.

I'm sure you will get real far in life calling everyone an idiot. The only idiot here is you who keeps trying to do the same thing over and over again at the same book and expecting different results. There are a million books out there. including ones with the same skin and lines yet you keep going back to the same one. If there is a Starbucks on every corner, and one Starbucks fcks up my order twice, then I go to a different one the next time.

Yes no idea why you try to deposit here when there are so many better books with easier methods. Last I checked 5d,her,BM, etc. still in biz. And if they blacklist you one time, why even think of trying again, regardless of if they messed up or not?

    Sharpy,

It sounds like you are in fact blacklisted with the processor the sportsbook uses, hence your difficulties. No need to argue with staff over something they can't control. Have you considered using bitcoin?
