    Calm down buddy!! They are doing their job. According to the newest bitcoin payout procedure, after the withdrawal has been requested, they will contact via your email that you registered with them and ask for your phone number. From there, it will take 4-5 hours to call you on your phone and ask for your payout password. Remember, payout password is totally different than your login password. They take this long route, because more security for us and them. You will get your btc around 2-3 pm CST. Congrats on your winning.

    It doesn't matter how you deposit if they have a reason to check your identity they will.

    They might suspect multiple accounts. You might be on a blacklist. It might be something simple.

    Speak to them.
