    Playnow.com sports book limiting of player limits.

    This is a gov't owned and operated site IN Canada. They've limited groups of us to 10% wagering ability with no intention of bringing the limits back.

    My question is as a gov't run entity, are they legally allowed to do this?

    There are a few shady things with this site.

    Yes they can limit you.
