Heritage live betting delay to accept

For the first time today, I experienced a delay when placing a live bet with Heritage. It was about a 30 second delay. On one occasion the bet was eventually rejected and after that accepted. There's a link to explain it, but it doesn't really do that. Anyone else have any insight?

If it happens every time you are on trader review. If just once, or only now and then, its more likely to do with on field stuff.
