A few weeks ago I made a deposit with Arkadiabet (via Skrill).
I made several (small) bets and I requested a payout of a small amount.
But I saw no payout, the requested amount stayed in my "total balance".
Then I send them more than 10 emails, they never reply.
There was a phone number, I called and my phone company said the number don't exist.
I made some research on the internet, but there was only one mention (a negligible discussion about bonus rules) in 2012. Since then nobody in the world seems to talk about Arkadiabet.
And on their website they say every day they have 15.000 and more bets.

Is there anyone who knows these people and a way to contact them ?
