Chuck whats going on?

I got the 200 freeplay 5x rollover last week completed the rollover and called yesterday at 9 for a payout.
I called at 5 pm for the ** info and it wasn't ready, I called this morning at 9 and it wasn't ready. They told me they would call me with the info this morning well so far no call.
I was told payouts take 24 hours ? We are on our second day now

I've read all topic but didn't exactly understand the rollover calculation for $200 freeplay with 5x rollover.

Example 1: I bet $200 FP on -200 odds and win, my balance is now $100. How much has left to rollover: $800, $1000 or maybe $500?

Example2: I bet $100 FP on -200 odds and win, then bet another $100 FP on EV and lose, my balance is now $50. How much has left to rollover?

Are there any minimum and maximum odds for rollover? Did I understand correct that the Risk amount is the only amount that count for the rollover?

And the last question: live chat told me that I can withdraw my winnings to Moneybookers. Is it true?

The Free Play is 5 x $200 + whatever you won from the freeplay
so if you won $100 from the $200 free play, the rollover is $1100. And the way it was explained to me, the amount you wager, not the amount you win, is counted towards the rollover.

I am supposed to be contacted by e-mail with the ** payment information.

I dont suggest anyone post up with them until this is cleared up, I have been lied to for 3 days. First they said they are processing the payment than they said I was 87 dollars short on the rollover. I asked them 3 days ago if my rollover was complete and they said yes. But after 2-3 days now they said no. Now its they are going to pay me anyway.

Beware of this book until this is cleared up

Eyeball you ask for a payout yesterday on a free play and if the money didn't go out today that's because the payout didn't get process until today. The reason why we didn't processed the payout yesterday is for the only reason that the request was not made before 1 PM PST. Please, go to our home page, banking, and read our banking policies.

Eyeball is a nut. About 1 1/2 ago he messaged me and asked about wagerweb. i told him some basic stuff. I gave him my e-mail address. He then sent me around 5-10 e-mails about whether he should sign up. I don't mind answering some simple questions based on my experiences, but this guy is very insecure. Either that or he needed someone to chit chat with because he is lonely. Is that true Max?

Dude...you sound like a damn woman. WAAAAHHHH!! If your rollover was short, then it was short. If someone mistakenly told you that you'd hit your rollover, but upon second glance determined that you had not, mistakes happen.

I admittedly make way more deposits at books than I do withdrawals, but if I do request a payout, I make damn sure I've checked and double-checked my bet history to be sure I've hit my rollover before I call. Man up, take a deep breath, and stop wasting everyone's time and claiming you've been lied to when that clearly isn't the case.
