Chuck, i have spoken to CS just now and they have explained what MoneyGram is and i have found i have a local office here in the UK. they tell me they will pay me 1st thing in the morning, so fingers crossed i get that payout.

I don't do Accounting, The Accounting department do Payouts and they check the rollover, so I'm sure If you completed the rollover your money will be in your hands like everybody else

this was rules you post and same was on livechat,so its clear nobody mentioned any odds as was on site for sing up bonus from -200 to +200,so i tought there is no odds requirimend as this promo was not on the site and is completly new promo.i made a couple of bets on higher odds than +200 and gia(supervisor)said that i must bet odds -200 to +200 and that she will made exeption in my case so these bet will not count and i need to bet 500$ more on -200 +200 and after she will procesed cashout what wasnt happend.again on livechat rude service NIkki said that gia changeded here mind and dont want to payout.this is fishy for sure.Originally posted by chuckrooco

Just met my wager rollover the other day I asked for withdrawal from customer service they said it would be processed on Monday since they don't send money on weekend. So lets see what happens but from what I here wagerhub is a good book and has paid all their customers out. I will keep you updated good job chuck on keepin everyone happy

Second i have no doubt that they will pay any cent if anyone play by the rules cause the look quite reliable. I'm still rolling the money but i have just one problem. I was talking with a CS girl called Nikki she told me that i met the requirement. Then some other guy, again from the wagerhub customer service told me that i'm still short. So my main question is what i need to wager, 5 x 200 = 1000, 5x200 +(the winnings of my freeplay) or 5 x (200 + winnings of the freeplay). Any help would be welcome. i gave CS my info for a ** payout on Saturday and was told it would be Sunday. i contacted CS on Sunday afternoon and he new straight away it was me and promised it was being done Sunday.
