Betphoenix (email) support quality...?

    Betphoenix (email) support quality...?
    Hello

    I was planning to bet with BetPhoenix as recently many of my friends had good experience with them, but the last 2 days experience about the support was a little confusing...

    I sent them 2 emails in the last 2 days, and I received answer to neither of them.
    First of them was an email about the BTP winnings (it got credited abt 18 hours after my email, but no answer in the meantime...).
    The second, - a day after the first email - that I asked them to correct an obviously errorous odds (-330 on a hockey draw - sent a print screen too) to be able to place a bet on it ....I haven't received an answer to this either, the problem wasn't solved soon, so I had to place bets on a different event, which was also looking good (but eventually lost, but it's not important abt this topic )

    I know, live chat support can be more faster, but sometimes I cannot use it from working place etc....
    My question is, that what is the experience with their support?
    It means a lot for me, to receive 100% support, the lack of this is the reason why I left a few bookmakers, and this is the reason why I am betting with a few others....

        Why use emails when they have a decent live chat?

          It's hit and miss. Like mbynwa suggests, stick with their Live Chat as that is quite good and is always accessible (At least in my experience).....

              They replied to my email within 24hrs when I opened an account with them a few days ago.

                I have had great response times to emails. However, I am emailing my rep directly... Once you sign up, ask who your rep is and then you can begin communicating directly with them. I would go back and forth throughout a day via email. Usually my wait time was about 15 minutes for a response, unless he was gone for the day.

                Anyway, I can't say for just sending a generic customer service email, but their service dealing one on one is excellent via email...
