Last tuesday (19th January 2010) I was called by the betafterbet customer service and they told me that they were going to send me a letter in 3 business days to confirm the amount they owe me and I should send it back signed. After they received it, it should take 7 banking days for the money to be in my moneybookers account (method I used for deposit).
So I suppose things are progressing. I hope they do pay, even if it is with a 4 month delay

This is what they say:

According to the telephone conversation, discussed the proposal with the aim of redressing the situation as soon as possible, is to provide the amount of 2.000,00 EUR
Letter is attached as an attachment you must complete, sign and then send it via email to support@betafterbet.com. In this letter, you agree to the amount commented, stating that no other amount owed by Betafterbet and therefore has no further claim.
Within one week of receipt of the completed email, you will credit your account the amount agreed.

And this is what is in the letter that they intend to send signed:
I, *******, by hereby ACCEPT the total amount of EUR 2000.00 as outstanding amounts owed by Betafterbet.
The income of that amount will be made by Betafterbet within 7 days of receipt of this, through Moneybookers account ********* account of which I am proprietor.
According to the above, shows explicitly that, once they are paid the 2000.00 euros today Betafterbet not owe me any money, under any circumstances, so I have nothing more for him to claim.

I am happy to announce that I just got my money from betafterbet. They asked for address confirmation (i sent a couple of internet bills) and ID verification again and then they asked for the PIN they send you when you register on another email. That was today, 3pm GMT. At about 5:15pm I sent them that information and at 5:35pm the money was on my moneybookers account.
For the people who asked, the number I got the call from was +34914202188.

I just found this forum today.
My name is Ines and I'm from Portugal. I have have a 1425€ withdraw request on my betafterbet account.This story started in end of August 2009. I received the same emails like everybody! e.g:asking to do some more bets to complete the rollover, and actually i did it. The last email that i received from them it was the message asking for my contact number.I answered 1 week ago telling them my mobile phone number.No answer till today.As soon as i receive news i will post it here.

Did you need to send the letter also?
I think they are doing the payments by order. e.g:When i received the email saying that i would need to do some more bets to complete the rollover, the PDF attached it has the name:83-Historial del Jugador (...).pdf. So i'm the number 83 in the queu. What number were you?
By the way the method i used to deposit it was Moneybookers, but i don't have that moneybookers account anymore because it was banned. I hope that they can pay me through bank transfer. Anyone knows if is that possible, since my Moneybookers account was not banned when did the withdraw request. If they would pay n time that would not be a problem.Comment -

I talked again to a woman from LGA just now. She told me Betafterbet have a list of all the players they must contact to arrange payment. I will call her again on Monday to report back. If you wait for payment and you have not done it yet, write to LGA or better call them on +356 21316590, they speak English. Do not forget to submit a complaint to SBR.

Hi all. I don't get any message from betafterbet. I only get an email that I've received money from financial@betafterbet.com at moneybookers, that's all. Nothing more. I dont phone anywhere, but I have written to them many times about this withdrawal, before the page was shutdown and after it. I also written to 2 pages bookmaherreview and second one(i will remember it later) but one of them told me that they can't help me, maybe the second told me the same. I waited for withdrawal from august. So it's 6 mont. I send them all documents in august. In my honest opinion I think sooner or later they will withdraw all money to the people.Comment -

I they would offer me around 80% of the money owed I would accept. It is better than nothing, given the real danger of them going under. Any less than that, well it is up to you. For me 50% is way too small. If you do not accept, you are facing a longer wait at least. I will say again, for those of you with large sums due, is better to turn to the court. I would accept as well, by refusing they would probably pay someone else, and in the end you can end up with nothing: its not like that they have to pay, lots of companies have gone down in malta and didnt care. I see your point, but you have to consider yourself really lucky to find a f...up bookie that is actually willing to negotiate..most of them (owners) will just run away, and start up a new business. You can caluclate yourself to death, but I cant see any reason for doing it. In the end you can end up with nothing. Take the offer and move on is my advise.Comment -

great news!! I just got today 900 euro (out of 1140) that Betafterbet proposed by phone! Last week they called and after I accepted their amount they sent a document to sign that I don't claim the rest of the money, I sent it back signed and in 2-3 business days the money were in my MB account.
