They phoned me back yesterday and they made me the same offer, charging 2000 euros of 4330 that they owe me.

I would've gone to say no and less seeing that almost everyone is offering 80% of your money

I put this to the attention of the LGA to see if they decide to act at once against these scammers.

But I fear that they will do the same so far, nothing.

The only novelty is that the woman with whom I spoke said they had read the reviews I have done in several forums and did not like them.

I they would offer me around 80% of the money owed I would accept. It is better than nothing, given the real danger of them going under. Any less than that, well it is up to you. For me 50% is way too small. If you do not accept, you are facing a longer wait at least. I will say again, for those of you with large sums due, is better to turn to the court. And do it fast.

Withdrawing their license won't do any good to us. Other than moral satisfaction. As long as they are willing to pay, they must have license in order to continue operation. After all that is the only thing that LGA has against them.

People (and specially to those who have money on betafterbet): good news! Betafterbet has just called me again: they have made a new offer! 850€ out of the 1088! If you remember, they have made me an offer before that was to pay 700, and I forfeit the rest...I have declined the offer. Today they called me back and offered 850!

I don't want to influence anybody in making a decision that might regret, but at least in this case, bargaining with them was proficuous!

BTW ivanniklv, this time they have called in a anonymous call. :/

My friend received 800 out of 1025€.
In less than 7 days after sending the signed letter we received the money on ours Bank accounts.
