I have a small amount in here <100 GBP.
However I cannot withdraw at all, I get error messages, whether I use moneybookers or credit card (I have depopsited with both methods before.) Tried emailing them, but no reply.
Not sure what I can do, cash just stuck there. Will file complaints now, nothing else I can do I guess.

I received the e-mail Betafterbet to say that I needed to bet € 299 (not missing but ...) then the bet € 299 and sent him an email asking for the removal on Tuesday, today received the following e-mail:
"Dear Customer,
We are forwarding this communication to update you as to where we are in terms of settling outstanding payments to players.
As you are aware we are currently reviewing all player accounts to properly calculate all player balances. The issue was caused by problem was with our systems handling the bonus scheme and calculating rollover.
We have progressed quite well with this review and have indeed effected a large amount of payouts to customers. Your account is currently being reviewed and we are close to concluding this exercise. Once completed, we shall start to effect the payments.
We shall shortly be sending you an email confirming your correct balance as well as a date when payment will be effected.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I warned you that betting more money in there is not going to take you anywhere. You don't follow nonsense requests by a thief company. Also from SBR - SBR advises players who maintain balances at betafterbet to cease wagering until payments begin to go out
Anyway, thank you for this information and I honestly wish you get your money back. Please, keep us updated. You could also consider sending this information to SBR, so they can post this new Bonobet lie on the main status page.

hello, anybody heard anything about payments?? LGA is letting us down, i think, that bonus rollover was just a strategy to buy time as I did that 1 month ago and got nothing of my new 'updated account' balance!
I think I am going to file a complaint against LGA on this site, the Ombudsman Malta, maybe they can help; you can do the same as Maltese authorities have to do something about this.

I was waiting not a few days but a few months...In November they withdraw me 237 gbp and told me that I must play for 400 gbp more... I've done it but they still don't withdraw me my money. I have a very serious problem with a gambling house called Betafterbet.
On August 15 I requested a withdrawal from my account for an amount of EUR 4302.13. the next day responded to my request and was told that the withdrawal would be processed within 7-10 days.
As time passed and not paid me, I turned to get in touch with them to explain to me that was what was happening.
His answer was that they were having technical problems with the retirement and compensation added as a bonus of 15 euros in my account.
But time passed and again failed to pay me.
I have sent several emails but they do not even answer.
On its website chat service is always offline.
2 months ago I spoke with an employee of LGA and told me he was going to learn what was the reason why I had not been paid yet.
However, I have not heard from her.
I do not know that I can do.
I would appreciate someone to tell me who else can I do to get to collect my money.

I suspect that if Bonobet went bankrupt, there is nothing LGA can do to return our money. For those of you that had large sums in there I would advice to seek legal help and apply as creditors to be eligible for return of at least part of your funds. There is a law case going on in Malta against Bonobet, the leading lawyer was Mufsud, but I cannot remember the second name. Mail a letter or two, call at the big Maltese law offices and you will find him.
My personal goal is achieved - to remove Betafterbet from business. Also some money was returned, even better. I do not have the time and resources to lead a public campaign against LGA, something that SBR should have done a long time ago! But I would advice everyone to avoid small Malta books. If one goes under, your funds are not guaranteed by anyone.
Lets just wait for an official statement from SBR about Betafterbet situation, to see if the closed the company or not.Comment -
