Betafterbet money back campaign

thanks ivanniklv for sharing all that contacts and your justice. I'm like more than 2 weeks and a friend of my about 1 motnh to receive the money and Betafterbet still does'nt pay. All of us have to make justice and have the money back. I have 490€ at my betafterbet account and I need urgently to withdraw and I sent mails and they don't reply anymore.

Thanks for all that information, i'll make all that process, because i'm wating for 1500€ almost 2 months. This is a very bad situation, now they just not answer the emails. Lets hope the resolution with this.

I think to join too and send complaints to everywhere,because I have really big balance at betafterbet,hope it will work.thanks ivanniklv. (btw i agree that the money owned to players is much more than 23 000 euros,that's why let's unite and try to take what's ours).

Great idea!! I already sent a complaint at LGA Malta; I think we also need to complain about LGA Malta Gaming Policy, they are becoming the Costa Rica of Europe with so many delinquent sportsbooks; I'd like to complain about this to the European Commission or European Parliament, anyone has any idea how to do that??

The idea also crossed my mind. But to bring the attention of EU commission, we must file a complaint together for all of us that are victims of the negligence of LGA. SBR can do better with this, they have more cases with thousands of people. SBR what do you say?

For now keep trying to complain to all those in the thread, including SBR. There are already a few responses, Moneybookers replied that they will pass this to the merchant department, Malta police has provided my report to the economic crimes unit. If there are some more results, I will post here.

My next step will be to organize a law suit. When I find more information I will let you know how you can join.

Just emailed the LGA with the following:

I'm thinking about starting up a scam bookmaker operation in which I plan to attract a large number of customers by offering lucrative bonuses. Once enticed, I intend to defraud customers; steal their money and refuse to pay what they are owed by ignoring all forms of communication with them.

All I need to start up is a Gaming License with a cowboy regulator such as the LGA in Malta. I trust this shouldn't be too much of a problem considering the numerous "scam" bookmakers under your jurisdiction past and present (such as Betchance and Betafterbet), and your relaxed attitude towards client fraud.

I await your response in relation to how to proceed with obtaining a license for my "scam" operation

Good post ivan. The writing appears to be on the wall for BetAfterBet, a similar situation happened with another Malta book recently in Betonbet, I'm hoping that's not the case here but when a book refuses to cooperate with SBR AND won't even email their own customers, usually it's a sign to run.

Already happened. That's why they went under it seems - 100% bonuses etc.

I don't have awnsers since 12 September. I only have 75 euros theres. I has 775euros thers, but they pay me in Jully after one month.

I have made contact with the Representative of BetAfterBet.com on your behalf about the matter you raised, information has been requested with regards to the incident you refer to.

As soon as information becomes available to the Authority you will be notified accordingly.

Should you receive the payment you refer to in the mean time kindly advise on this address

Let's see what they will do.

i report it to malta police - will see what they can do but i think they do nothing.
for now, they forwarded my report to economic crime unit.

Nobody is guilty of anything except betafterbet here. So don't imply otherwise! Not MSE people, not other people. If bookie offers a bonus, they should have the money to pay. When the money is gone, then stop the bonus, they can do this anytime. They even offered a reloads more than once! They did this on purpose, the whole operation is SCAM! There are always people that think other people's trouble is funny and they can make themselves interesting on others expense. But you will get in the same situation some day and I will see how you laugh then!

Not quite that simple. Bookies offer a bonus as a lossleader in the hope of attracting long-term business (ie losing customers). If all the new customers are going to withdraw as soon as meeting the bonus rollover, then a book can be heading for bankruptcy without actually knowing - it only becomes apparent when the withdrawal requests pile in.

A large book can absorb this and take the loss. A tiny new one can't.

But you will get in the same situation some day and I will see how you laugh then!

Goldvictory owe me 5600 euros - another book brought down by MSErs this year.

It is that simple. if a book is going to offer a bonus it needs assets to cover the bonus. If it does not have the money to cover the bonus then it is insolvent from day 1 and trading illegally
