My experience and opinion on BaB downfall

I played 2 month and made 100 bets with BaB, and my personal opinion is - the book was managed by amateurs / or criminals ? /, not willing to even make investment in software, neither they had a stuff prepared for this business.
Experience 1. - I found pretty good odds on baseball total, wagered 100 EUR without problem. I revisited the lines 3 hours later, and LOL, the lines was almost opposite ! There was no steam on this game, pinnies almost didn move line. Later I found some more error lines, but I had no money at BaB to wager. / Thanks god /. Thus I mean they were very easy target for sharps and bonus whores.
Eperience 2. - I wagered 3 baseball lines on Saturday. One of them lost - settled immediately. Two won - not settled until Sunday evening, and guess what ? The same teams on the same stadiums played on Sunday night !!! I started to bombard them with emails, eventualy got message, that bets will be settled MANUALY later.
Experience 3. - Tueday afternoon - both wagers settled. But 400 Eur missing in my account balance. I had to struggle for 3 weeks, sending emails, screenshots, pleasing them to correct error. They had to send my reqest to another department!
My question is- did they ever had any department, or just a P.O. Box somewhere in Malta ?

to be honest, i feel more sorry for bettors with money stuck in this place, then affiliates like you who started promoting this website to the public when they could've/should've known it was dodgy.

Today when I tried to login and see if anything is happening there it says:
Account locked
"Your account is blacklisted. Please contact with Customer Support for further information."

Why their site is still working ?

They are still entitled to getting any help this site can offer. Bookies need to know what type of business they want before offering promotions to anything and everyone. Restrict the %% or countries.

affiliates who do this are responsible for the state of the industry, my experience is that they usually know shit, just are attracted by high revenue share, but that does not make their fault smaller - they are just greedy crooks who know that USUALLY the affiliate money come even when they do not pay players

you might close your website! if i lose my money, because sportsbook is stealing, i feel bad, but it is just biz, but if someone would lose money, because i told him to play there, i would feel really really bad, because IT IS MY FAULT

Malta authorities and especially the LGA seems like they don’t really care about fairness, Betafterbet can use incompetent people, fake phone numbers, give bonuses they can’t cover, change the terms of the bonuses as they please and it’s ok with LGA!!!
What a joke is this LGA, I will avoid Malta based sportbooks in the future.

The new bonus terms are actually quite less restrictive than the original ones. Anyway, they can say whatever they want, but retroactively applying any terms is not possible under any legal system. I have a screenshot of the original terms and anything going on inside my account. Those guys will have a lot of trouble soon if they do not pay in full.

Regarding Malta LGA, maybe they do something, but quite slow. As most public administration goes. They can use more pressure I think
