This is old. From day one. Their withdrawal never worked.

1. Find your credit card postal statement from 2 months ago.
2. See your online banking history for that period.
3. Call your bank and ask.
4. Go to your bank in person and ask for a statement. If nothing else works, this will.

If you take the trouble to find this information, we can cause big problems to BAF. So, please, make it happen

I placed a 200€ bet on the Yankees to win the world series (odd of 6) which is almost decided since 2 weeks now. The bet is still pending and I ahve the same problem as you all, that nobody is answering my (5) E-Mails.
I have already sent Mails to SBR and the Malta Gambling commision. I hope that they can help me.
What do you think, is the new Plan from betafterbet, not processing the bets??? Is there somone else with the same problem???

BetAfterBet sent me an email today basically declining to discuss any of the specifics regarding the 47 slow-pay reports I presented to them. They are trying to push complaints onto the Lotteries & Gaming Authority of Malta, something that sketchy sportsbooks with diminished resources have done in the past.

I have replied to their message and asked them to reconsider.

We will continue to update our reports with or without their communication or cooperation so that players are advised of exactly what's going on at BetAfterBet. If anyone has not yet done so, please file a sportsbook complaint form.

It's hard to say. With the frame of reference I have regarding instances where the LGA of Malta has come into play, with GoldVictory and then BetOnBet, it would be tough to come away thinking that the LGA could influence things here given how poorly the GV and BetOnBet situations turned out.

If my funds were tied up there I'd take a shot and file a complaint with the LGA too, no reason not to.

As for rollover scenarios, I have reviewed some convoluted statements in the emails BetAfterBet sent players regarding bonuses and rollovers, and how the system wrongly paid out X many players causing a back-log; it smells and I don't really buy any of it.

If I thought rolling over my funds would get me out of there I might roll the dice, but detaching emotion from the situation and stepping back I'd say it's unwise to let them take a shot at you. I'd stick to my guns and wait this thing out, pepper them with emails and hope that if players start reporting being paid that a member of mgmt might set you loose too.

I'm sorry that these clowns aren't fairly evaluating cases with us and at least being honest about their problems, but I'm happy that threads like these are dominating search engines and informing the general public- hopefully saving some folks a deposit.

So, if LGA will not help, then who? Who are LGA responsible to? Maybe some European institution? I would like to make a complaint regarding the unwillingness of LGA to enforce payment or void Bonobet license!

Stick with reputable books, not ones offering you loads of bonus/free money. There is a reason why good books only offer 10-20% bonuses.

After that I sent an e-mail to LGA and they answered me and asked a few questions about my situation (money received, money owed, etc) and a few days later betafterbet paid me the rest of the money.

In the rollover letter it says "Rollover pending XXX " and NOT "you have to bet XXX more to complete the rollover" There is a difference, because it is not clear how much you have to bet to complete XXX rollover. Did they say to you in a different mail that you have to bet exactly 35 euros?

No, they didn't say that. I know that's different but I checked the .pdf that they sent with all my bets and each time I made a bet, the value of the pending rollover lowered exactly the same value of my bet.
