I think it's better for all of you not to count on LGA to solve this problem. As I've said before, they have only replied my e-mails when betafterbet had already paid, and only to say that given the fact that I had accepted the betafterbet resolution, my case on LGA was considered closed! How suspicious is that?! Probably betafterbet has some kind of influence on LGA, I don't know. What I know is that they all are a bunch of criminal bastards, mobsters!Comment -

No, Bonobet refuse to contact me. They do not respond to LGA either. I don't know how many people are left waiting. What Bonobet do not know is that I will not quit until they lose their license of pay me my money

Hi guys, honestly i must say im surprised that they´re paying to so many people, specially now that their name is all over the internet with bad reviews... maybe things didnt go as expected, but i dont think their scammers... a real scammer would run away with all the money, and they´re paying to a lot of customers... I blame LGA for this, they should make the betting companies pay an insurance for this kind of problems, because situations like this makes all the Malta based companies suffer. Anyway, im now missing 976 euro, and by the time this started i had 2976 euro on my account... im still waiting to be contacted, i hope soon...
my username in betafterbet is antoniorr, and i filled a complaint in LGA 3 times and so far im having no answers from them...

I finally got paid some now!
Requested a payout of £2000 in like august and got contacted the first time in like january by bab and got offered £1000. Wasn´t really happy so have been talking a lot with maltas gamingcomission and they have been trying to help me to get in touch with bab. Got help to write tons of emails, by a very helpful lady at the gaming comission, to bab but seemed like it was quite hard for the comission to get in touch with them as well. I kept calling for updates and to get help to initiate a new contact like 1-2 times / week for a little bit more than 3 months and now finally I got called back from bab last week and I got offered £1500 instead of £1000. I don´t like this and am really tired of all this problems this has been for the past 9 months to get the withdrawed money paid out. This has really been a lot of work, lost energy and anger, but after all shit I am still a bit happy to just get some money thou (really didn´t expect to get any!), and got them payed out to my bankaccount at the end of last week. Ocause I´m not happy to have been required to spend this much energy and lost £500, but I am happy to finally have reached an end of this.
The fact that they seem to be paying out, eventhou its crazy late and goes really slow, and that the gaming comission still let them keep their license (they would probably not pay a daim if they lose the licence as the situation is now!) I think is a good sign. So I really hope everybody with outstanding money gets paid and within a not too long time too.Comment -

Unfortunately the only offer I received was not even 50%.
Regarding what you comment on LGA does not agree. Although I know that I would lose all my money if they will withdraw the license I think is what should have been extremely costly for many months.
They can not allow this shit bookmaker to continue operating knowing all that is happening.

Now i am thinking that in EU are more than 10 mil active or semiactive bettors. Did you know that, if a petition is signed by AT LEAST 1.000.000 people of EU countries THE EU PARLAMENT SHOUL CONSIDER THIS AS A LEGIFERATE PROPOSAL?
Here we are on sbr from all countries of EU , we have friends, we are active bloggers or active forum members. Why don`t we promote a petition to the EU Council and EU Parlament to supervise closly the LGA policies?

If that whole story does not end well for me or any other of the people here until the end of the year, the EU commission will definitely hear of this. I will organize it myself. There are quite a lot of people not happy with how LGA is handling the bookmakers and lost a lot of money too. This is already personal after all the shit from Bonobet. I am tired of calling LGA (they do not respond to emails in the same year). Last time they said, they do not have contact with Bonobet. Can you imagine that? And they keep their license. I am happy to report a payment finally! A 400 out of 533 EUR owed. I agreed to forfeit the rest.
After all, Betafterbet turned out to be a serious company and did pay out the major part of player balances despite of their financial difficulties. In the light of recent news of bet911 going bust with 100% of all player money inside, this is a lot better outcome for all of us. I wish BetafterBet all well in the future. I hope they manage to get up on their feet and restore good faith in their business.

great news ivan...all the efforts and complains finally paid...there are still some people who didn't receive anything back, but never quit sending complaints to SBR, LGA and all the other government agencies in Malta/EU, it might do the trick.

Yesterday my nightmare is over. I charged my 3000 EUR 4300.
Last week they called to get a new offer and accepted it as the page takes a long time to drop what I imagine to be closed down.
Moreover, as I said earlier I was talking to an agent of computer crimes unit of the Civil Guard and I made things very black and I decided to accept the last offer.
As if someone is not paid I can say that the agent told me that if a claim would be better to do a number of people affected because it would have more chance of success.
That said I only need to add that, not when or how, but sooner or later I find out the name of the great son of **** owner of this stall and you will see his picture in all forums betting with the legend of and criminal scammer below it.
And I think that, as discussed in another forum, it would not hurt, that we unite to send a formal complaint to someone in the European Union and advised the mafia type of organization is the LGA.
