They are still not responding to mails and chat is offline. They paid 1/3 of the money to some people and manufactured some rollover requirement to justify not paying the rest.

here in Portugal some people have received money. But Betafterbet is not paying everything to some people. betafterbet is saying that some players had not completed the rollover and that is not true.
they are trying to gain time or they want the players to lose the money.

SBR contacted me when I made a complaint but I had no more news from them. I made another complaint to LGA but I am still with no answer.

Yes, I am from Portugal. I made the request on August 10th. I have to bet 35 euros to complet the rollover so they can pay me the rest of the money.

No... It's difficult to have them responding to you! I sent them 2 e-mails already regarding this case but never heard back from them! I don't even know if they recieved, and if they did, if they are doing something about it!

Hello, i have a withdraw request since 7th september, i had 2300 euro at the time and i requested a 1000 euro withdraw. After a few days i was told that withdrawals that big should be done by bank transfer, so i sent my bank details. So far i kept playing with them, because i want to believe they will honour their commitments, and i see that so far they have done some payments. At the present time i have 2749.55 euro on my account and i dont receive any answers from my emails and my withdrawal is still pending, so im thinking about contacting LGA if i dont get my money sent in the next few days... How do i contact them? email? can you help me?

Requested to pay out 2500 euro. It was 04 of August 2009.

Then I requested one more payment of 5000 euro. It was 10 of September 2009.

23 of October I got from Betafterbet first payment of 2500 euro.

I received some explanations from BAF about their rollover. They claim that "the bonus" itself has to be wagered 8 times. Not a sum equal to 8 times the bonus sum. As the whole known world would understand it. And since the bonus is part of your balance and it is undistinguishable from the rest of the money, wagering 8 times only the bonus is nonsense. They tried to fabricate some calculations in this PDF they have sent. But they don't explain those calculations are they are not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions.

Don't make the rollover! You only risk losing your balance. If you win they will just end up owing you more and they will NOT pay just the same! LGA will make them eventually! Continue to make noise, send mails and insist that your money are paid back to you!
