      They asked for my documents, and I sent them. They asked for a short video, and I made one and sent it. They asked for a video interview – I agreed, but warned them that I don't understand or speak English. I use a translator to read and write. After that, they told me a video interview wasn't necessary. LOL.
      Okay, what else do they require of me to pass verification?
      I didn't take any bonuses; let them write what they're accusing me of.
      I think it's simply ridiculous that a bookmaker of this caliber can't verify an account within a month.

        Regarding the OSGA.
        They advertise the bookmaker on their website.
        There's a review there about how great this bookmaker is.
        I won't hide the fact that when I opened an account six months ago, I also read these reviews on various websites. This influenced me to open an account there.
        I'm writing them a complaint, and they're simply ignoring me. What's the point of them then? It would be fair to say that we accept complaints about specific bookmakers. But you can't complain about a bookmaker.eu.

            Latvia is a restricted country now, so this is likely the reason for the account closure in your case as well. Same as all the other accounts closed in February.

              Hello, I think the different country lists mainly show how messy and inconsistent this whole process is.
              Our accounts are on JustBet, and the restricted countries list on JustBet is different from the one on Bookmaker.eu. Yet in practice it now looks like Bookmaker.eu rules are being applied to JustBet accounts.
              That may partially explain why the accounts were closed, even if the explanation is still inconsistent. But account closure itself is not really the main issue here, because that part was communicated from the start.
              The real problem begins after the closure: documents are requested, videos are requested, everything is submitted, and then the process simply freezes. No proper verification outcome, no meaningful communication, and no payout.
              So the core issue is not just the closure itself, but the way the operator handles players after the closure — prolonged silence, contradictory rules, and continued withholding of funds.

                ah yeah, I didn't notice that it's different on Justbet. This is still like the old list from Bookmaker, before the update.

                Not that it helps, but maybe "management decision" kind of account closures fall into a different category. So while you essentially were kicked out for geo-restriction, you still face the bad guy treatment.

                  It would be pretty simple to just point to their restricted countries list, pay out the balances swiftly, and close the accounts if that was the case.

                  But instead they ghost many many people, treat them like criminals, give no explanation when asked and make Bookmaker look like unfair operators.

                  And now you and Sherriff SPortsbettor5 want to come in here and make any excuse you can for them. These are "excuses" they could easily make themselves if it was true and that simple.


                  Do you realize that Bookmaker routinely lie to players faces and send fake documents that are just spyware to steal personal info from their devices? I'm talking 10s of thousands of customers they have done this to. A very large percentage of those people had their accounts restored when SBR asked why they were suspended for months and enquiries ignored. In fact the vast majority turned out that way. Meanwhile many thousands of others who did not know about SBR probably never saw their money again.

                  And thats just one small example of the trash actions they have sunken to taking as profits were squeezed by onshore.


                  It is a clear pattern that their MO is to suspend accounts on the slightest suspicion, without any evidence of wrongdoing, and ignore people whilst planning to never address or pay them.

                  They have tuned into a far less ethical and blatantly unfair operation than they were for their first 20 odd years in business. Whether it has affected you and SB5 yet makes no difference to that fact.



                  If Bookmaker dont want negative publicity for simply closing banned jurisdiction accounts... well there is a VERY EASY way to achieve that. Just say it to the customer and pay out their balance. TADA... no valid reason for anyone to bitch.

                  So please both of you take your ignorant vilification of these players valid complaints and keep em where the sun dont shine.

                  Or take it to one of the forums where they LOVE you playing anti-player advocates for their sponsors.

                      I said yes, but they told me it wasn't needed at the moment.

                        Quite a few years ago I pointed out two things on this board. One that Betcris and Boookmaker are the SAME outfit. And Two they have become straight garbage. I got a lot of heat, which I could care less. But “What goes around, comes around”……..

                          my own account was closed on the very same day, same as others I know of. New geo-restrictions were introduced, and the affected accounts closed. This is why I brought it up.

                          It's obviously no excuse for ghosting the user, but it's hardly a coincidence that tankvs account was closed on the same day.

                          edit: maybe it's even worth a shot to start a completely new "hello, my account was closed for new country restrictions affecting Latvia" kind of conversation, and see if they come up with a different reply as before.

                              yes, I was asked to provide id + selfie, and they reopened the account for payouts only a day later. My account was registered in Germany.

                              And as mentioned above, I don't mean to defend Bookmaker, I'm just wondering why things are handled so differently, although the circumstances seem to be the same.
