Who should he even tell? It seems apparent they (general support) only wants to funnel everything through the KYC that seems nonexistent/non responsive. Betonline is such a superior site where they actually have a chain of command, PLUS you can call and speak to someone on the phone.

Any place that has Bookmaker ranked over them shouldn't have any credibility, they run like they're based out the basement of a costan rican drug lord. All my months arguing with them I don't them I ever talked to someone I would consider a person. I still don't know to this day how my account got unlocked cause they never even formally told me lol

He knows where to send the message.

I know that one of the people who has to read those personally agrees that it is wrong to touch deposited funds.

This angle is for him. Not really relevant to what your situation was.

Copy that, my apologies for overstepping. I still credit you with helping get my account and funds are unlocked in full. Even if I never got confirmation from them, there's no way it was random. I sympathize with anyone stuck in the loop of trying to reason with their live chat. You'd think they'd want some mediator on these boards nowdays to rebuild their reputation since they starting pulling stunts.

yesterday deposited $400 crypto took 100% bonus 1x rollover (this bonus was emailed to me)

            this morning withdrawal $1000 crypto.

50 minute payout. Never had a problem here. Have only ever used crypto.

Right, Bookmaker isn't a corrupt book for all nor a slow pay book. Bookmaker is kind of like the IRS, if you don't have to talk to them, it's smooth sailing. If you do have to talk to them, your experience may vary.

Now imagine the IRS requiring all of this info from you, you send it, get ghosted, they have 0 phone number, and any correspondence is met with "oh you can only email this inbox that's been ghosting you for months". All while they lock you out of your own $, including your own deposit.

Bookmaker is a fair book action wise, their customer service is actually half decent, but they (im) should be resented until they take responsibility for their actions surrounding KYC, and if they were actually forcing spyware on users. A company that is 10% corrupt is still a corrupt company and its been going on for years it appears, with no break in the chain.

Anyone having issues with Bookmaker not showing a lot of the new matches in the last day? For example, Japan and Korean baseball or any new tennis matches.

Same here...."These decisions are based on a variety of business and risk-management factors and are made at the sole discretion of the sportsbook . While your account remains active and in good standing , certains markets or wagering options may no longer be available ."

Got the same response and seeing elsewhere quite a few people are in the same situation.

Looks like Bookmaker is no longer a book that doesn't limit. Such a shame but was a great run.

they actually started to do this years ago already, although I think less frequently in the US (in case that's where you're located).

My understanding is that it was previously just low limit niche sports such as rugby, some mma and hockey. This is the first I've heard them removing almost everything except the extremely big leagues. Tennis gone completely, only MLB left for baseball and only NBA and WNBA for basketball.

Must be hurting for cash until football season. Established sharps still raking off them and square bettors know better than to trust them with cash. Wouldn't be surprised if they go the wayside ala their Costa Rican neighbors soon in the next year or two

when reading about Korean and Japanese Bball above, I thought we were talking about exactly that .

Chinese basketball for example was greyed out before already, but yeah, seems like they indeed went another step further then.

Good day everyone. This is my situation.
I made deposits and withdrawals via USDT. I won several tens of thousands of dollars. After passing kyc, I ordered a USDT payout, as usual, but the money was returned, they said to withdraw Ethereum. I ordered Ethereum - the money was returned again and they said that withdrawal is possible via bank transfer.
I withdrew part of the money. But I cannot confirm the origin of these funds in the bank, because of certain things that Justbet does. I tried to withdraw to different banks, and these banks returned the money back. The situation is absurd - I can place bets, Justbet pays me, but I cannot get the money from the bank, and they return it back. This has been going on for two months... Neither in chat, nor in email, no concessions from Justbet. They say that they have no money in cryptocurrency)))

If someone can help resolve this situation and withdraw money in cryptocurrency - I will be grateful and thank you financially.

                                  Hi everyone,
I am currently dealing with a highly frustrating situation with Galaxysports and wanted to see if anyone here has advice or has dealt with something similar.
Two months ago, I deposited $5,500 via USDC. Unfortunately, I made a mistake on my end and sent the funds using the BASE network instead of their required ERC-20 network.
I immediately reached out to them to explain the error. As anyone familiar with crypto knows, because BASE and Ethereum (ERC-20) are EVM-compatible networks, they share the exact same address structure. Since Galaxysports controls the private keys to that ERC-20 deposit address, they automatically have access to those exact same funds on the BASE network. Recovering the money is a straightforward, standard technical procedure.
Despite this, they have been holding my money hostage for two months. I have contacted their customer service dozens of times. Every single time, they refuse to give me any real information and just feed me the same generic, scripted response: "The relevant department is working on it."
They absolutely refuse to provide a timeline, a technical explanation of the delay, or escalate the issue to someone who can actually push a button and return/credit the funds. At this point, it feels like a deliberate stalling tactic hoping I will just give up.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of crypto deposit issue with Galaxysports or clones?
Thanks in advance for any help.

                                        Opti is the best.

Seriously, he knows the key contacts to reach out to.

I'm having trouble withdrawing my money from Bookmaker.edu. First withdraw is rejected with no notification; I had to contact their chat. They told me it was because they need ID verification (which I did years ago). Then They reject my two different photos of my ID. I can literally show you what they were to prove they weren't blurry or low quality. Pending third photo. I assume after they slowroll this fiasco they will find more bs reasons to keep rejecting my withdrawal.
