Bookmaker is not just going to take your money. They have been a top book for decades. Only reason they would is if you broke the rules. Simple as that.

Yes maybe "you" have only made this one account. My guess is a "girlfriend" "best friend" or "brother" have made an account before.

for ever 1 legit complaint these top books see 20 scammers most bonus and multi accounts. OP knows what the gig is here just playing dumb like most trying the forum card

I remember a while back a poster hit bookmaker for near a million maybe more and got paid $500 to them is laughable

Or accounts at galaxysports or justbet? I can’t play at bookmaker bc of those two accounts, I’ve tried multiple times but it’s a no go. I’d trade both of those books for bookmaker. And the justbet account is migrated from bet badlands.

They dodn't care about that. USA books ask you to sign in at public wifi like at the book or stadium teams affiliated with. Technology security is well beyond the public wifi thing.. thats like aol vs 5G

The one thing I will say is that Bookmaker is probably the one sportsbook where there would be very little benefit gained from holding multiple accounts. But they do have sign up bonuses, so there is some value there.

bookmaker sign-up only asks for name, city, state, phone. Unless he's using the same name or phone number...IP address or VPN are the only logical reasons. And I'm sure these books like bm, bol , sportsbetting do care when there is duplicate IP address on different accounts signing up for 100% bonus

They take some of the highest limits and he deposited a nickel.

I created the account and have only accessed it from my home computer. The only thing that I can think of is that I have a BOL account and that they don't want me to have an account with that sportsbook and them. Other than that I couldn't tell you why I got flagged, but I will update anyone who cares when they get back to me.

Y'all are so quick to defend a sportsbook, when clearly they are treating their customers poorly. I cannot wait to get back into my account and withdraw my money as quickly as possible.

How am I shady? I live at home with my mom, who cannot even tell you the first thing about gambling or computers. The only friend I occasionally gamble with lives several states away where online sports gambling is perfectly legal.

That's exactly why I am so concerned. I haven't broken a single rule out of the list you just mentioned. 1st account with them, I only have one phone number, and no vpn.

Hypothetically, if I did break any of those rules, why would they take days (weeks in other's cases) resolving the issue?

I'm frustrated with the way they are handling this and I believe people in this thread that they are not scammers, but man they are not a fun group to deal with.

Hahaha. That's definitely not it. That's like saying McDonald's wouldn't accept customers from Burger King. The truth is the exact opposite (obviously) - they WANT to attract customers from their competitors. However, these offshore books do share information on fraudsters, so it's not exactly crazy to think that one might have been banned due to having an account somewhere else.
