Just got off the phone with Heritage, and my account has been transferred to BET105. And I was told that I had to deal with Bet105 to get my two accounts merged. When asked, she would not offer ANY reason why my Heritage account was being sent to BET105. Terrible customer service on the part of Heritage.

An hour ago, I tried to log into my Heritage account. The message said that my account has been moved to Bet105, and to use my credentials to login. Just one problem. I already have a Bet105 account. I called Heritage, and the rep put me on hold. She came back and told me to try and login to Heritage again in about an hour. I just tried again and the new message says I can go to BET105.EU and access all of my accounts. So, I am now going to have 2 BET105 accounts?

Any idea why Heritage is doing this? The rep didn't have a clue that this was happening.

You mentioned something about the "new" Bet105 not limiting winners. So, if someone is a long-time customer of Bet105 who previously had their limits lowered, does that mean you'll raise their limits back to normal?

I'm sure there are a lot of customers who were previously limited that would like to know.

    Thanks in advance!!

    Thanks for the honest reply.

So, what is the back story? Did Heritage sell the Bet105 brand to another group that has a different philosophy?

Thanks for the update. It sounds reasonable, hopefully the no limits sticks

While it might be a work in progress, to me, it looks like there was a decision to significantly scale back on the offerings to only major markets and offer far fewer derivative markets.

If so, that 's a shame, because their old massive menu was, in fact, a differentiated product.

Will you bring back all the betting markets you used to have? The soccer offerings are terrible compared to what was there before. Same thing with things like MLB team totals.

The site is up. Plus, they are accepting signups again.

I noted that the site doesn't have Heritage brandmark anymore, new owners it seems.

Have no idea what their standards are for inactive accounts, but I was depositing every 2-3 months, bet futures regularly, and bet plenty of other stuff off and on throughout the year. Guessing when I requested the payout they looked at my +/- and decided I was "inactive." Also never got any kind of warning about my account being inactive from them at all.

Not a huge deal as it was mainly a hedge book but I did like having the -105 line.

Yet another red flag from this group

Read this thread https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...-my-money.html and this thread https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...my-family.html if you are unaware how badly this group has fallen.

As they reduce withdrawal limits, come up with unfair confiscation decisions across all books associated with the brand and make it harder to withdraw as well, make sure you are not one of the people who are going to get caught with large balances and unable to get it out in time.

So they are going to continue servicing accounts that are winning but decline to take reloads or new accounts to provide new cash.

I commend them for being honorable and continuing to pay out. However the decisions they have made the past couple of years are head scratching to say the least.

Got this email from customer service this morning after waking up to my account being closed:

We do apologize for the confusion and lack of communication in this case. We must to inform you that Management has decided to not take any more reloads from active accounts and no more new sign ups. Due to this, once your account reached a zero balance, it was automatically closed.

Please rest assured that your payment has now been processed.

We appreciate your understanding and wish you the best.

    Sincerely,

    Bet105 Support Team

I was trying to login to Heritage this morning and its now got a popup saying accounts have been migrated to Bet105.eu - has any one had any luck logging into their Heritage account over at Bet105?

Was this a merger or were they always the same company? They had the same UI (different colors) so I just assumed they were licensing the same software. Any idea what is going to happen if we already had an account on Bet105 and Heritage?
