WagerWeb stole $39,363 dollars from me & my family !

So some of you guys may know about my documented step by step best bet 10 team open parlay that I publicly shared with the community. Well Wagerweb is claiming my winning ticket was considered a "round robin or a group of parlays" which has a 50K max payout. They had the audacity to tell me it was a GLITCH in their system. That is 100% totally FALSE and they are taking a huge shot at me here. I recommend everyone here at BMR to not TRUST them anymore with your hard earned money as they are capable of pulling this kind of BITCH MADE CLOWN MOVE.

I have made approximately 25 of these same structured 100 dollar 10 team parlays the last 2 years as the software has always allowed me to make these bets with a 100K net payout. After my 89K win they cowardly changed their software to a max payout of any parlays at 50K. There is at least one poster here at BMR that I talked to who can vouch for me that the payouts have been changed since my big win. I would stay far far away from Heritage as well as these two establishments are connected in some way or fashion. The only book I respect and trust anymore offshore is the BOOKMAKER group. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time I have been stiffed from an offshore book for sizable parlay winnings in my sports betting career. Betting offshore is a HUGE turnoff for me at this juncture in my life.

Was it a round robin bet? or was it just one single parlay?

Or are they saying you had multiple single parlays with common bets in them?

Did you confirm the rules exists?

One thought, did they say anything about why a round robin series of parlays have a lower max payout than a single parlay?

It was a SINGLE OPEN 10 team parlay as I have never played a round robin or group of parlays in my sports betting career.

Confusing if that is the case.

Someone in there has made a few dodgy looking decisions in recent times. I am losing all faith in them too.

But hit up Heritage Insider at this special email address csdqa@heritagesports.com and see if he can help either getting you paid or getting this decision explained properly.

Keep us updated and good luck.

So Heritage Insider wont try and help you at all or put you in touch with someone who can?

Hmmm. Will note the brush off.

Sorry to hear that. Wish I could do more but cannot get involved directly with helping any non US/CA licensed books mediate issues anymore :\

If I come up with any bright ideas I will let you know.

I don't know yet, I sent him a message I was assuming he would not help me since they are separate entities.

Yeah that sportsbook is dead to me as far as my action goes I’m basically on a payment plan where they can pay me up to $10,000 a week and then I want nothing to do with them.

Payment plan. Makes you wonder how many times they either a) take 50k from a player and ... offer him a reload bonus? or b) lose 50k to a player and say 'no money for you, sorry, payment plan'...

After talking to a handful of their staff at WagerWeb personally they have decided to pay me in full for the winning parlay ticket of $89,000. Their software is now updated to match their max 50K payout rule for parlays. So this will never happen, ever again !

It appears public shaming is the only way to get this group to act fairly.

They continue to attempt to steal from people when the issue is not public.

And Heritage Insider even washed his hands of this and refused to even try to help. "Different Company" is the line now after years of Wagerweb riding on the Heritage name and allowing people to believe Heritage would always have Wagerweb players back if things went bad.

This group of untrustworthy operators would be on a D- rating and on their way to F in the old days.

NEVER CLAIM YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED IF YOU CHOOSE TO RISK BETTING HERE OR HERITAGE EVER AGAIN.

I never had a cashout at WW but did for $10000 at Heritage a ways back a couple years or so and was paid. Never really play there a lot since the bonuses are garbage at Heritage and never better then 30% cash at WW normally. But i do remember seeing something somewhere a couple times somewhere about them sharing the same building when someone asked that once before but that was going back years .

If you DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD you have to wait 21 days for a payout FYI - in that time my account was limited and they limited me to 25$ bets (up quite a bit).

    now on the waiting game
