dynamic lines wont load anymore @pinnacle

Mobile, home and away desktop same thing lines just don't change colors anymore. I wonder if its because I don't currently have a playable balance there...seems silly but cant think of anything else.

Can't access it to check from here but if possible I would try a different device to check first.

Anyone else? They said clear cookies and cache, but still doesnt load for me anymore.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as they are clueless as usual, give up with their live chat.
Been a few weeks now.
