The last payout I see in the Report threads is back on May 18th:

But that doesn't mean much since those threads aren't incredibly active, and it's a relatively small book. I haven't requested a payout from that family in a while, so I can't provide any helpful info. But I have a hard time believing they just stopped paying everyone though. We would have heard a lot more ruckus here. We "only" have 3 no-pays in this thread as far as I can tell (not to diminish the importance of those 3 cases).

Wow I have seen you around here for a while and have never known any wrongdoing from you. They were scared before and must be in trouble from covid and legal betting losing out on, some bogus excuses from this family to not pay people, seems like they trying to wait it out for football season in hopes of new deposits. This book is complete dog shiz and I remember how difficult it was to place wagers with them or how annoying it was during the rollover process.

Betphoenix has supplied screenshots from their admin panel detailing connections between this account and quite a number of others which they say form part of multiple accounts being utilized by a betting syndicate.

Basically they are saying this account has been either sold to, or is bearding for, a single person.

They were also able to supply screenshot evidence of the same limit bets being placed on a string of these accounts one after the other.

In the face of this evidence. SBR has closed the case as handled fairly by Betphoenix.

I responded that I do not believe your situation is like the one in this thread and asked that he check a bit deeper if there really is any advantage being taken by you and friends.

You don't really want your case associated with this thread by them. I think you started one about it a while back? maybe bump that one instead.

SBR, this issue needs to be dealt with immediately. How can you dismiss this issue by stating there is no room for argument. I am not arguing anything. I want the truth to be told. I feel that I received this email by you, in a very hostile manner. I have asked Betphoenix numerous times to show me proof, to show me evidence, to show and explain their questions and I have not received anything. This is outrageous. If proof was given to SBR then as the accused I demand to see the proof. This situation is very concerning and I would like my questions answered. I cannot be accused of something that I did not do. Please advise me in detail the proof you received. The only answer I received from Betphoenix was that they are accusing me of playing in a sindicate. I had to research what that meant because I do not understand how they can accuse me of something like that. They also mentioned that 10 people played the same game at the same time. How in the world would I control that, this is so disturbing and makes no sense. People all over the world can be playing the same time especially when they have the best odds. If Betphonenix has the proof, I would like that proof posted on SBR. I have read some forums and it seems like this issue has happened before to others.

Sorry I missed this when reading through the thread. Thanks for the update Optional. Tough to argue with that evidence. A bunch of accounts max betting the same thing is pretty damning evidence.
