MOD EDIT: Betphoenix has supplied screenshots from their admin panel detailing connections between this account and quite a number of others which they say form part of multiple accounts being utilized by a betting syndicate.
Basically they are saying this account has been either sold to, or is bearding for, a single person.
They were also able to supply screenshot evidence of the same limit bets being placed on a string of these accounts one after the other.
In the face of this evidence. SBR has closed the case as handled fairly by Betphoenix.
Good day, I am asking for your immediate help. My name is Ivan, I have been playing with bet Phoenix for some time. Bet Phoenix rejected my pay out because they insist that multiple people are playing on my IP address which is not true at all. I have winnings over 13,000 and the whole time playing there was no problem. As soon as I wanted the payout for 4,000 there was a problem and they told me that they would not pay me out because mutliple people were playing with my IP address. I waited over a month for them to just confirm my payout and then they rejected me the payout because of this issue. I asked for proof on how they came to this conclusion and they stated they have some sort of screen shots. I asked for the screen shots and they did not want to send them to me. Please if anyone can help me in any way possible it would be greatly appreciated.
