WSEX Slow Payout Updates

it's approaching 7 weeks and i'm still waiting on 2 payouts...hoping to receive them this upcoming week but i haven't been given any tracking numbers

Thanks a lot Josh. The last time I talked to support they said I should expect a check or both of them by the middle of this upcoming week. However, they didn't have any tracking numbers to give me. I'm going to give them until Thursday, and if I haven't received them or any tracking numbers, I'll report back to you.

Im just interested to know where the people that are recieving their cheques in 4 weeks are located? Mainly in states?
I'm in Canada and was just wondering how long a cheque withdrawl would take...not sure if it would be faster then a person in the states requesting a cheque..who knows

My recent cheques to Canada took 19 days and 18 days. Still have 3 more pending.

Just received a ** tracking # for a withdrawal of a little bit less than a dime. After 3 e-mail chats. This one was requested on 10/23. So that's only 19 days. But the one I was calling about was a slightly different amount, from 10/12. I called and they acknowledged that it is still outstanding.

tried calling wsex this morning-noone answering. wanted to check on my withdrawl from 10/14 of $xxxx by regular mail. anyone know why they are not answering phones.

Dear Sir,
Your chekc was sent to you via regular mail , this takes a bit longer to get to you . Once we receive a tracking number we will send this to you .

Hi Josh, please add me to the list of slow pay customers. I have 2 checks I am waiting for, totaling $2440. One was requested on 10/13 the other 10 days later on 10/23 both courier service. On the first one they credited back the $50 courier service fee (something others may want to do if slow pay). But have not requested that for the second yet. I can send you my user ID if needed. Many thanks for you help with this.

The current wait time for courier checks is 5-6 weeks. My last five checks have all come during this time frame. I live in Canada so I don't know if its differnet for other countries.

They are dinking me around on my latest Moneybookers request. I waited a week and called them. They said I would have it in 24 hours (this was MOnday). I have been calling them every day but still nothing.

(I realize other people are having bigger problems but I thought I would mention it).

Are interbook transfers an option for any of you? I do an interbook transfer out of wsex to matchbook every 7 days and don't have any problems.Its sometimes done within an hour but overnight at the latest

So you pay $200 a month in transfer fees?

Still waiting on a check requested Sept 21. Starting 4 weeks ago they said "It has been already sent to the processor"

Mudcat - They are running around two weeks on Moneybooker, at least from what I hear from players who are complaining. Let me know if they continue not to pay.

Right now I am only tracking five active complaints against WSEX (four slow pays). Mix of checks and moneybooks and an issue with them allowed withdrawal methods. The slow pays seemed to still exist, but the time it is taking to resolve each withdrawal, seems to becoming more standard, with checks running 2-5 weeks and Moneybookers/Neteller running 1-3 weeks.

Just when I was getting the smallest fractional thought of at least considering putting a wee amount back into this place. This slams the door shut on that idea, permanently.

I'm not too worried about it. I got my prior Moneybookers payout in 3 days. That was immediately before requesting this one, late October.

If I hadn't phoned them about the previous one, I'd probably still be waiting but if you chase them, it seems to make a difference.

Anyway, I'm not excusing them. The inconsistency and the need to chase them are not good.

been doing some research since having some problems with WSEX lately which led me here. I requested a payout early Oct and after a few weeks nothing. Called and was advised it would take 20 business days. After 20 business days no check so called again. On the way they say. Another week goes by and nothing so call again. Advised that the request and had been "re-routed" via money gram. Few minutes later I received an email with instructions. Next day took instructions to the nearest money gram outlet and there received the payout. From time of request to receiving the payout. 7 weeks. WSEX given me the willies but looks like many other sportsbooks are having similar issues.

they never seem to process MB if you dont follow up on them.Its been hard trying to reach them by live support.Was told yesterday withdrawl page was down.Today was told my MB withdrawl will be processed.Hoping for fast withdrawl today, although its almost been a week since a requested.

How long should we wait before complaining? I requested a check by regular mail over 10 days ago. I haven't heard anything about my withdrawal being processed, approved, etc. How long should I wait without hearing anything?

looks like things were getting a little better----now looks likes payouts are getting worse. too bad. was a great book. now an overrated book at c rating.

everyone I have just recieved another neteller payout today for 2.5k

. It took 12 days - I would say thats maybe just a few days short of my average wait. Payouts are sluggish, but not getting worse imo. For small players with few payouts i dont think its too big a problem and for bigger players as long as they have patience then things should be ok too.
