I requested a payout back in Jan. 2010 and I still haven't received my check. I keep getting told it will be set out in a week. They have been telling me this for 4 months now and still no check. What can I do to get my money they owe me?

Send a PM (private message) to JoshW. You should see his name a couple of posts above yours. He works for this website. He will add you to the list of WSEX slow pays. SBR stays in contact with WSEX concerning these slow pays. Unfortunately, you will have to wait along with the rest of us. I am waiting on two checks, one from Feb 2010.Comment -

In the past we had issues, because too many checks were being sent out from a specific and it raised a red flag and our account was closed . We are hoping by the end of the month this will be sorted out and we will find a new bank

Todays update is: we "hope" to get checks out by the end of the month. Last week it was a "guarantee" checks would be sent.

Attn WSEX: Start offering a bailout program. All the people getting stiffed from other books will send you cash to take their balances. Bet Phoenix is using this now. Works great in getting new fools I mean customers. Take the new deposits and make payouts with it. Start offering 100% free play bonuses and reduced juice. Once you get the cash, you can then reneg on your promises ala Bet Phoenix if any sharps take you up on your offer. You're going to have to pay protection money on this site and others. Its worth it. Bet Phownix swears by it.

Why do these sites resort to lying to all of their customers by blaming their financial woes on their processors or any other excuse they can get their hands on?
Since they aren't processing any withdrawals, why not just admit they are having financial problems. If they did that, then all of the customers waiting for withdrawals would back off.
The only reason I can come up with why WSEX is continuing to lie to everyone is they are hoping to sucker new players into depositing money with them.
I consider myself fortunate that I was able to reduce my exposure to WSEX to under $10K as I had over 5X that amount last year.

You must of missed my "GET THE F-U-C-K OUT OF WSEX" post. This was after a dumbass such as yourself seemed to think I was recommending WSEX becasue I said they were not going to shutdown before the start of the 2009 football season. Last year I posted in this very thread I was not recommending WSEX. I've also been telling everyone to transfer out if able. Anyone that asked I said there was a "risk" keeping funds at WSEX. If people were able to transfer their WSEX funds to Matchbook I said they were a good place for their interactive play. Transfers took about an hour to process.
One year ago I said WSEX would pay what they owed at the time. They did.
