How is the process coming along with sportsbookreview assisting you with getting your money back?

I've sent several emails to many Parties and have done a lot of my own navigation and research. It's been an interesting process for sure.

Whom at Betsoft are you currently speaking to? You mentioned in your post that you are currently talking to Betsoft.

Who is that exactly? Did you call them or email them and they responded? Do you have a name and email address / phone number?

What was Betsoft's response? What are they going to do? Did Betsoft speak to My Bookie about this?

They never told me who actually did the audit . They just sent an email stating I took advantage of a software malfunction and proceeded to close my account . Do you have Twitter or another form of contact. I'm trying to get everyone who was affected by this all together and attack this issue together.

You should ask. Bet you it was a guy named "DJ". He claims to be the Auditor and when I asked him directly if he worked for a gaming licensing company like Curacao e-Gaming or Gaming Curacao, he said "no". He told me that he worked exclusively for My Bookie and personally recommended to My Bookie Management to seize my balance and disable the account. No negotiation. He just pulled the plug and got off the phone.

No doubt this was a My Bookie unilateral decision. Betsoft wasn't involved in this. All a sham. That is why Betsoft needs to be connected with. My Bookie is essentially blaming everything on them and the Player. It's a fraud and an illegal measure to steal money. Clearly obvious.

The ADR will clearly take the side of us Players whom got rooked by My Bookie.

Interesting information. Thanks for sharing. Apparently My Bookie likes to address Twitter messages and not direct emails sent to 4 different departments whom all work together. Good to know. I will probably send them a Twitter message too.

Was your message on Twitter a private message to them or was it a public message where everyone could see it?

I'm still working to get this to the ADR. The "Supreme Court of Gambling" will surely crack down on them.

I first was tweeting my complaints about mybookie and betsoft publicly because they weren't responding. Then Betsoft messaged me directly saying they noticed my complaints and that's when our conversation began. If you have twitter you can follow me @rickron_n and we can communicate with each other there as well and keep each other updated. We have to get our money back from these scammers dude. And not all my winnings came from slots I won a good amount from sports too but they confiscated those winnings as well. My friend also is dealing with this issue and he has well over 6 figures. But my other friend who has played this game didn't get their account disabled, I am assuming because he has a small balance and the same rules don't apply to him when it comes to this "software malfunction" . Mybookie is a penetrating joke man, they better pay us out.

Totally agree. Betsoft never notified My Bookie to have "accounts reviewed" and audited. All made up. My Bookie simply looked at Players balances which had balances higher than they wanted, so they blamed the seizure on "glitches" in Betsoft games. All made up.

It's nothing more than a pretext defense for the illegal, fraudulent, and unethical stealing of a Player's money.

I wrote My Bookie and Betsoft a message on Twitter this evening. I called both Companies out and named specific people from both Companies tied to the illegal seizure. I warned them that I'm working to get the ADR they belong to, and by law, they must provide that information to me.

I also let both Companies know that they are each getting some very bad P.R. on Gambling Forums like SBR, and this will continue until the matter is resolved in the Player's favor. I also told them to work this "issue" out between their two Companies, and to put the Player's money back onto the account.

They better wise-up because the negative P.R. will continue and the "Supreme Court of Gambling" is lurking.

Now, they have two Player's with seized balances over $200,000. Not good for My "Crookie" and "Glitchsoft".

Well, that didn't take long. I wrote one tweet and two messages to My Bookie and got a notification that I have been blocked from their Twitter page. I literally got blocked 10 minutes after my tweet.

Dave Portnoy had an ego breakdown when MyBookie said they would take his bet in reply to his humble twitter brag about not being able to get a 250k bet down at any Minny state book. He just ranted back that they were "illegal" (which shows from the outset the guy is a clueless moron about what offshore is). It was his followers who made the actual complaints.

MyBookie never advertized with Portnoy for him to refuse to take their ads.

But his poor buddy (forgotten name) who did earn money advertising MyBookie got SHAMED into stopping taking those ads by the internet people like you... who thought Portnoy had any clue, or honor.

No one involved in that ridiculous stunt came out looking good. Least of all Portnoy.

Yes. This is critical. It's in BetSoft's interest to downplay any exploit as not being a software flaw.

Rickron is stating that there was some method for the player to "adjust their bet amount" in-play and thereby gain an advantage.

FYI: The case involving Spencer, Rickron, and myself is not resolved as well. The three of us have been waiting for 3-4 weeks for an SBR update on the matter; while Spencer and I have been working on this independently in trying to move this forward. As of today, Spencer, Rickron, and myself wait for SBR to update us on our joint case.

Your case involves the receipt of an email from a "fake" my bookie account and you ultimately getting ripped off.

There is no doubt that MyBookie is aware of the issue and that others in your shoes have had the same issue resolved. Hopefully you will ultimately have your issue resolved too.

Loudmouths trying to hijack this thread to bring attention to a completely different issue should have learned their lesson by now. They should go to another thread to post their BS.

SBR has been busy so no updates from them either for the past 1.5 months
Im hopeful, but also a realist. The 2 cases similar to mine were done in 2 days and money was given back to them.

I had to go back to the initial post to remind myself what your case was about, especially since this thread was hijacked by someone else.

What makes you so sure this was an inside job? I obviously don't have access to all of the same information you do, but based on your description of the issue, I could also see it being someone who hacked your account somehow. Now, even if that's correct, it doesn't necessarily take MyBookie off the hook, as the security breach very well could be on their side and not yours.

I thought I remembered something like this happening to a few other people around the same time as you. I also thought I remembered those other people being taken care of. Do you have information related to this?

I do.
It happened to two people before my post, both were paid back within 24 hours of their post.
I cant post here as it isnt an option, but i have screenshots of texts from the alleged hacker and mybookie customers service within min of eachother. I also never sent them a bitcoin address which they are claiming they sent to. There also wasnt any outgoing mail either during this time frame so this BTC address is completely made up. I have pretty secure email with 2 step and some other security measures making it very unlikely. I Have over 20 screen shots showing my innocence and their guilt.

That, and the fact that my situation was IDENTICAL to two post before make this very unlikely.

Lets also add in the 20 or so more issues posted from fellow SBR members the past two months involving Mybookie and be very clear that this site should be added to the DO not play list.
Im still hopeful SBR can come to the rescue, but it looks like im drawing dead.

I don't think you were told it was over. And you sure aren't helping yourself going off prematurely. Can't get aggressive when trying to appeal for a goodwill decision.

The best response would be to show that your issue fell in between two of the other issues here time wise.

I had an issue in late April where they processed my withdrawal but I never received the btc. They resolved it in early May. It took a couple of weeks, but in the end I was happy with the resolution. They credited my account with the missing funds and gave me a 10% cash bonus with no rollover.
