BOL/SBAG has got to be the fastest paying book ever. I've requested a couple BTC payouts from them over the last month and it shows up in the blockchain within 5 minutes of me requesting every time.
Just goes to show how pathetic some other shops are when they take days to make a BTC payout.

i'm still on chat, 25 minutes and counting just to get a bet cancelled from the cal/wash st game yesterday

While their payouts are very fast, I agree that their CS leaves something to be desired. A lot of times they have no clue what is going on. I called the other day with a question about their NFL alt lines. The CS guy didn't know what an alt line was.

Agree with the sentiment here. There payout speed is 2nd to none with regards to any book I use. Dealing with front line customer service at betonline, is worse than any company I have ever dealt with in any industry. They are the best and worst at the same time.

i am dealing with one worse, STRIPE

my identity was stolen a couple years ago, and since then, over and over again, people set up stripe accounts with my social... every time it is like banging my head against a wall getting them closed... the only other company close to as irritating with this was square

They were extremely fast to pay, when they paid. Held funds for a rollover I had already completed, though.

CS I got a response in less than a day. Pretty good.
