I've mentioned my issue with LowVig in the balance boost thread, but it's at the point where it deserves its own topic. I opted in for the boost when I signed up at LowVig in May and have not received it. I have politely emailed them 3 times asking for someone to look into this: on 7/23, 7/25, and 8/2. I have received no response at all from customer service, I've only received the automated email replies from them stating a rep will be in contact within 24 hours. This type of poor customer service is unacceptable, scary that LowVig can basically just ignore all email correspondence on an issue when that is the only way to contact them. I filed a complaint with SBR on 07/29, received only an automated response, and then replied to that email asking for an update on 8/2 and have heard nothing at all. Can anyone at SBR please help with this?
