Can you explain more about this pending period and what exactly do you mean? You mean waiting for
bet settlements, voided markets, or what exactly? Sorry, not sure what you mean

In my case it was something more simple, they settled bets incorrectly (voided) and they already
changed the reason for the voided bets 3 times, one more ridiculous than the other. I have given
up and don't plan to keep pushing it, won't use that site ever again and will scatter my bets in
several different operators (including betfair itself) just to avoid these sketchy situations

Same here, no update and to be honest I'm losing trust in AsianConnect as a whole and might
leave them anytime soon. These investigation lead nowhere and I have noticed AC simply gets
wrong information when communicating with the so called uplines. Hope you get your money, I
personally have given up with these thugs.

I've been using Asianconnect for a while now. Withdraw many times and never had any issues. I also tried opening piwi247 to be able to bet on their piwixchange and it is good so far. They processed my deposit fast and withdrawal in 24 hours which is acceptable for me. I hope your issue gets resolve asap. Dont forget to update us.

In regards to BetInAsia: I must add I have not used the Orbit Exchange there but the Black betting platform. I have had zero issues with them, withdrawn large 5 figs multiple times. Been there few years. Fast payouts, they do ask for proof of address and ID again for large withdraws which is fine. I have heard of issues with them but my experience is only positive and thus would recommend them. Especially given there seems to really be no bookmaker who has no negative reviews or experiences. Like for example Bet365 which is of course a s* limiting bookmaker, is still really fair with their payments, bet settlement and verification but only have 1.3 Trustpilot score. And they would certainly be way better for a recreational punter than some Curacao based scam casino that has no reviews just because they opened a new brand name for that very reason.

Check arbusers, the betting agent section is full of complaints and I also ran in trouble past month
and simply decided to quit Orbit too, not willing to take any more risk there.

Hope you get your money, I'm also going through a dispute with OrbitX due to some bets that
were wrongly settled and in my own case I see how sketchy they are, they changed the reasons
for the settlement 3 times already, one reason being more ridiculous than the previous one
and this behavior is repetitive in many cases reported by users, check Arbusers on the betting
agents section. And true, the most we can do now is warn others. Really tragic.

Thank you for your words... we keep fighting... and it’s clear that Orbit Exchange injects money into the market, just like a traditional bookmaker. Above all, it’s important to spread the word and warn traders who handle large amounts that Orbit Exchange is not safe.

That's not a bad thing, if their liquidity is 1:1 as Betfair's liquidity, then that could
mean the agents giving you access to FairExchange are not taking positions against the
users, which could mean the odds of running into problems are lower than the odds of being
into troubles in OrbitX, will definitely look further into these alternatives. I know about
another Betfair whitelabel that is 1:1 Betfair's liquidity, Oddjusta I think it was (someone
mentioned it here previously if I'm not wrong), I think a whitelabel that has the exact same
liquidity as Betfair is better than a whitelabel that behaves like a bookmaker, even if that
    means liquidity will be lower.

I would appreciate the help of more experienced users of the platform to raise awareness of the injustice Orbit Exchange is committing with my account.
I have been using OrbitX for more than a year, I'm not a trader, I'm an outright bettor, place
bet, wait for result, over 7500 matches wagered last year, why do I mention this? Because my
experience as a bettor could be different to that of a trader. First, and big mistake, you
held a huge balance in that account, this is a big mistake because there is one problem with
OrbitX, there is no way to contact them whatsoever, you can only get information through your
agent, which naturally complicates things (max balance I ever held there is 3000), second you
got targeted probably because of your volumes, this is not a wrongdoing on your side, you just
bet and trade as you please and you shall be free to do so, probably the market you had these
winnings was a low exposure market, it was south american football, right? Maybe this attracted
unwanted attention, they probably think you are trading on a fixed event, it could be anything
but that specific winnings in the market definitely caused the account to be suspended and the
    balance to be frozen.

I'm definitely on your side because I have seen OrbitX constantly treating users poorly and this
case is not something new. I think we all have seen all sort of cases, frozen balances, ghost
bets, suspended accounts and incorrectly settled markets, for example, OrtbitX recently stole
from me by voiding bets that should have not been voided, ever single time I complain about it
they change the reasoning behind voiding my bets! Trust me, you aren't alone on this one, the
only way to have a good experience in OrbitX is by betting peanuts.

Have in mind OrbitX is not operating like an exchange as they claim to be, they are operating
like a traditional bookmaker and this is why they "have" a higher matched amount on each market,
twice or triple Betfair's own volumes! The agents take positions against users and they are
okay when that works out in their favor but they can manipulate settlements of markets when it
doesn't, see? No different to bookmakers, you are participating in fictional markets, you aren't
against other genuine users, you are against a bookmaker that has total and absolute control of
the environment you are taking part in. I was okay with this and I always knew it and decided to
keep going for more than a year but now I see how incredibly dangerous this is as their overreach
on a wrongly settled bet made me realize it's not beneficial in the long run to bet on a bookmaker
that pretends to be an exchange. By the moment, all you can do is contact support every single day
and be loud, I truly hope you get paid your own money and move on, this sort of things can even
take months if solved (which is no guarantee), try to make a post about your case in Arbusers maybe
    it helps your case.

The thing is, the subsequent winnings you had after the balance wrongly credited to you, are in
fact, tied to the wrongly accrued balance to your account, normally this means in all operators
without exception the subsequent winnings will also be voided as well as pending bets. I truly
believe your genuine mistake, this could basically happen to anyone, I normally do not double
check my P/L and bet history if my balance is in accordance with the bets I have placed, so
this can definitely happen! Really sad, as long as your rightfully own money is paid back to
you, I don't see much of a problem, still a kick in the private parts tho.

Regarding the licensing issue, I wouldn't use that operator anymore as the danger of it becoming
a hit and run is really high, having a bad license is something, faking a bad license is insane.

Bet-IBC, Sportmarket, Bet-Football. There are many others but not worth mentioning as they have
no reputation at all, and sometimes you get played by the known guys, now imagine what can you

Hi. This sounds like you triggered an anti-fraud measure by OrtbitX, probably because your
trading and betting activity is too high when compared to the average user, or probably
your activity was deemed as suspicious due to your volumes, how long have you being using
OrbirtX? This is the only reason I can come up with, OrbitX has a really long history or
freezing funds without a clear reasoning behind, it is uncertain what the result tends to be
the majority of times this happens, have never seen anyone claiming they got paid, this can
take months to he solved, or to be declared unsolved, sadly there is nothing to do.

I'm also currently facing issues with 3 bets that got voided because OrbitX claims I placed
the bets on an already determined result (something that is untrue, and impossible also) but
hey they seem to be able to do whatever they want with us, the users. All I can recommend is
to contact support everyday and wait for the best, it can be some weeks, probably even months.

Account Suspension and Fund Retention in Orbit Exchange

    Dear SBR Community,

I am writing to seek guidance regarding a serious issue that has significantly impacted my professional activity on Orbit Exchange, managed through ASIAN Connect. My account was suspended on January 4, 2025, without a clear explanation, and a substantial amount of funds remains unjustly frozen.

I am a professional trader specializing in football and tennis markets, and I decided to reactivate my Orbit Exchange account after having unsatisfactory experiences with platforms that charge excessive commissions. Following recommendations from colleagues who vouched for the reliability of this service, I deposited €3,000 and began trading actively. During this time, my activity included both significant losses and gains, reflecting my active and professional involvement in the markets. However, after securing considerable profits in a documented transaction, my account was abruptly suspended.
    Details of the Trade

The incident occurred on January 4, 2025, during the football match between Boavista and Arouca:

I placed two lay bets against Arouca: one for €5,000 at odds of 1.14 and another for €1,000 at the same odds.
After Boavista equalized, I backed Arouca with €4,500 at odds of 4.78, considering they had one more player on the field.
During injury time, following a penalty in favor of Arouca (resulting in a 1-2 scoreline), I covered my winning position with an additional lay bet of €14,000 at odds of 1.05.

All these trades fully complied with Orbit Exchange rules and are thoroughly documented.
    Current Issue

That same night, my account was suspended without prior notice. Since then:

ASIAN Connect claims that "the case is under review," but after 12 days, I have not received any resolution.
Curaçao eGaming, the regulatory authority, states that they do not have jurisdiction to intervene in my case, which is deeply disappointing considering their supervisory role.

This situation not only prevents me from operating but also jeopardizes a substantial amount of legitimately obtained funds. I have acted in full compliance with Orbit Exchange's rules and have documented every trade in detail.
    Request for Assistance

I am reaching out to this forum to request advice from other members who may have faced similar situations or have experience in resolving disputes with platforms like this. Any recommendations would be invaluable in defending my rights and achieving a fair resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message and for any support you may offer.

I created a new account at Bookiecity a few months ago and had 2 accounts with them - orbit and ps3838. I started off slow but in few months was depositing 4 and 5 figures with them. A couple of weeks ago, I had about 10k in my orbit account and decided to transfer 3k to ps3838 due to low liquidity on exchange for a game I liked. I placed the bet and went to sleep. Next day I saw 6950 EUROS in my account and assumed the bet won. I continued to play on both orbit and ps3838 and grew my account to more than 20k on orbit and 13k on ps3838 while requesting small withdrawals every day, which were processed timely initially but slowly being to be delayed more than 24 hrs citing some excuses.

A couple of days back I lost orbit account balance and requested a transfer of 8K EUROS from ps3838 to orbit. My account was suspended immediately. Chat as always was useless and asked me to wait 24 hrs. Next day I saw this email from support:

    "Dear xxxx,

We wanted to inform you that your account was mistakenly credited with €6,950. As a result, all bets placed on or after 3/1 will be voided, and your account balance will be reset to €0.

Due to this issue, we are unable to proceed with your transfer and withdrawal request at this time.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact our support team.

    Kind regards ,Team BookieCity"

I checked my history and the 3k bet had actually lost and they were right about the mistaken credit. They are entitled to keep that credit but how can they keep my winnings? I was risking it thinking its my own money. And if I had lost that 6950 EUROS credit, they would have deducted that amount from my orbit account which had more than 10k all this while. So why would they take away my winnings? They cited the bets have been voided but I can clearly see the bets have been graded just fine is ps3838, they just stole my money. After numerous emails and chats, I decided to raise a complaint against Gaming Commission.

I asked chat with whom they are licensed and they said "Isle of Man" and even their website claimed the same. But upon asking the license details, they said everything is on the website and blocked me off chat after that. I went ahead and raised the complaint on Isle of Man website. Next day I got this response which shocked me:

    "Dear player,

Thank you for contacting the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.

I can confirm that this website (bookiecity.com) is not licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. You may check whether an operator is genuinely licensed by the GSC on our website here.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Occasionally unlicensed operators will falsely purport to be licensed by the GSC, and details of operators we become aware of can be found here. We have previously been made aware of Bookiecity.

Unfortunately I will be unable to assist further in this matter.

If you believe that you may have been the victim of a fraud this matter should also be reported to your local police.

If you are concerned that you may have been the victim of a fraud you may also wish to contact your bank or credit card provider to discuss any payments you may have made.

    Kind regards,

    Steph"

Please pay attention to the bold text above. The link https://www.isleofmangsc.com/gamblin...ling-websites/ shows that bookiecity has been falsely claiming that they are licensed with Isle of Man whereas the truth is that they are not licensed!!! Woah.. I was trusting these guys with 5 digits!! Cant believe this at all..

I am not hopeful to be honest that anyone will be able to help me with this case on this forum against an unlicensed operator. But I want you all to share this post across all platforms so that when someone searches bookiecity on google, the tope result shows their truth on the top.

    UPDATE:
    • I sent the email from Gaming Commission to bookiecity and they removed the icon of "Isle of Man Gaming Commission" from their website.
    • They have totally blocked me off chat, tried incognito and different devices, they would say HI but wont respond after I ask them about this case. Can you imagine being in such a case when you feel like you are talking to a wall when they owe you some money? Current and potential new players Please stay away!!!
