Is this what is making them an arbitrage friendly bookmaker? I don't think so. Pinnacle is not arbitrage friendly. Right now, some of the juice is higher than the juice of several soft bookmaker for some markets.

'Arb friendly' would suggest that the traders are confident that they know more, or at least trust their judgement more, in order to sufficiently be out of line (with bookmakers or exchanges), this simply doesnt occur any more. The art of bookmaking has become eradicated to a fair extent, and because traders arent paid enough, good gamekeepers become poachers. If they are prepared to be arb friendly for a while, they either get the major money lines first so that they are sufficiently confident that their line is the 'true' line (which wont last for long as other companies fall in line) or their primary aim is getting money in the satchel to the detriment of solid bookmaking which tends to raise alarm bells in itself.
