Anyone have any comments regarding their customer service?
I like them, but recently they seem a bit rude in some of their email replies.
Just wondering if anyone else notices this recently.

Not great, no live option and takes a while to get back...weakest aspect of Pinnacle's service. They can do what they want though as anybody gambling serious amounts needs a pinnacle account!
