    I can't login at all today on galaxy or bookmaker. Anyone else having this problem?

        All done with Bookmaker after several years being a customer. Haven't been able to login for over a week. Keep getting a page that states:Access Denied Code Error 1020. No idea what that's about. Contacted Bookmaker via phone and live chat to no avail. Try Chrome, I was told, but that didn't resolve anything. Spoke with Customer Service Rep Matt and he said that a tech person would contact me in an email. Never happened. Will be depositing elsewhere, tired of the hassle.

            Cleared cache, no change. Cloudfare which I believe is the Bookmaker security provider, states that the problem is not on my end.

              A few people earlier in thread found it worked. But maybe you have a bad hop on the route from where you are located.

              If you are keen to resolve it, maybe try using a VPN and if that fixes it at least you know for sure it's not your device.

                  Thanks for that suggestion Opti, still getting denied. I'm able to login on my mobile strangely enough. As far as being banned, maybe I should take the hint, be doing me a favor probably lol.

                    You have to keep in mind the CSRs at any book aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. For whatever reason, the default answer to almost every log-in issues is "try chrome." It's laughable but unfortunately true. I'm always civil when I talk to them but I know I have to vet anything they tell me.

                    And I doubt clearing your cache will work on 1020 Errors. These generally mean the website's firewall correctly or incorrectly recognized your request as malicious. This is why some people can log in fine with their phones but not pcs (or vice versa).

                    You'll need to press the issue with bookmaker and request they send a trouble ticket to the appropriate dept. Once they receive enough of these requests, they should make adjustments on their end.

                    Not sure if you're a rec player or someone who earns a serious income from sports betting. If you're the latter, my advice is to stay patient and work with them. Bookmaker is my main offshore for high limits and consistent payouts.

                      As far as CS support, I agree entirely EVplus. That's why I requested tech support but they never got back. I'm reduced to being a rec bettor in these retirement days so not the end of the world. I've just been mystified as to how this all happened so unexpectedly. Thanks for your suggestions.

                        You're welcome. Perhaps they've implemented new security measures recently and they're working out the bugs.

                          I have also 1020 error on bookmaker site. Is bookmaker.eu allows use VPN to login?

                            FYI to those who've experienced 1020 errors.

                            I had the same problems for the past few days but did not worry as I'm not sports betting currently.

                            I was able to log in today without any problems.
                            I did not have to clear my cache (using Firefox).

                            Try logging back in without clearing your cache. If, however, you still get the 1020, NOW clearing cache may help since they appeared to have addressed the problems on their end.

                              I tried logging in per your suggestion and was successful. First time in over a week that I've been able to. Thanks again for providing the information. Bookmaker never did contact me despite stating they would but then again, that's what I've come to expect from customer service nowadays.
