Been waiting on a betDSI payout since Dec 3

Hey everyone, I posted this on reddit and was told to post it here.
I made a credit card deposit mid November. Sent in all verification docs, etc.
Tried to withdraw a few hundred in winnings via btc, and betdsi automatically switched the payout to credit card. Fine, no big deal. I was initially told it would take 2 - 5 business days. Then 14 business days. Now the "1st week of January due to holiday delays"
BetDSI is a scam. No one in support can tell me when I will get my money, why it was switched from Btc to credit card without my confirmation, and where my money is now.

It's 2019. Why are you depositing with a credit card? You're making life hard on yourself.

I have no experience with DSI and I've seen plenty of complaints about them, but to call them a "scam" based on this alone is too harsh. My understanding is it's a huge pain for all of these offshore books to find credit card processors given that processing the transactions is illegal and the federal government is always on the lookout.
