Actually Heritage hasn't released a software platform change for some time, but
You mean, like, Since May?

Yes, that is when I threw in the towel early summer with them. Literally cannot be worse if you tried to build a website this bad for sports betting.
I honestly think they cannot be this stupid to come up with a layout and platform this awful unless they have some other agenda with their current clientele and future direction. It seems to me they arent happy and are doing everything to change their client base. Good luck luring new ones with that, now even more awful website (havent checked but taking posters word for it.)

This is not even in the top 30 problems of the site design, but who the hell thought it was a good idea to hijack Ctrl-F to force people to use the site's internal search? If I wanted to use the site's search (which is buggy as hell), I would type something into its search bar. When I use Ctrl-F, I want to use the browser's Find function.
Heritage: Leave the browser commands alone.

I agree with this although that was the same way before, right? Not a new thing.
Used it a lot during CFB and it is super clunky

After reading through the reviews, I just experienced this same clunkiness. You really can't easily see open bets and history.
Mickey mouse programmers did a number on this thing. How did this pass QC?

True. That was a change they made back in May. It just shows how little they understand user interface and how unwilling they are to make changes based on user input.
Again, to pick one out of thirty problems, who the eff wants to see green and red arrows instead of actual dollar amounts when on the Daily Figures page? Ans: Someone who has never placed a bet in his life.

FYI, you can now see a list of your bets by converting them to a PDF.

Don’t like the extra step. All should be self contained and cleanly presented on the page

LOL! Maybe they'll get around to it after listening to their 8-track player.

Annoying. Tried to look at my current bets and cannot just right click and opening pending bets in a new tab like I used to.

Me too
Count me as a long time Heritage user who hates the new site. Many concerns have been stated by others and I agree with them. My two biggest issues:
When looking at daily results, even after expanding the individual bet (which in itself is an extra, unnecessary step) there is no longer the final score of the game. That was present on the old site. It only shows what your bet was and whether you won or lost.
And the real big one for me: about once or twice a week the site is blank and I have to clear the Heritage cookies and cache.
The new site is a downgrade. Nothing good about it.

And here I thought I was the only one this was happening to...For me, everything loads but the lines once a week or so. If I delete the history just 1 hour back and login again, it's OK. This has been happening for months.

These clowns still cannot get something as simple as Daily Figure to work..
It shows a vague red or green arrow for each day (like we're not interested in the amounts), and then when you click on a day it displays the day after for some unknown reason. I click on Tuesday, and get....Wednesday's results:

In fairness, it is actually showing Tuesday's results, it just says Wednesday...

Wtf? Now, if there's only 1 game to display, they use a totally different format? Why would you do that?
