Hey guys, i have been on this board since Sunday evening, after I requested my biggest payout ever from bovada, near 20k. I've been reading all your guys posts and trying to learn as much as possible because bovada has been suspicious since I submitted my request.
My account limit on bitcoin withdrawal is 20k at bovada, it used to be 9,500 and I withdrew with that limit twice. On Oct 27 night I requested a 19,800 payout and the wait started.
Something fishy happened right away, my account inbox received a message of conformation of a $460 withdrawal request with a unrecognized bitcoin address, I engaged the text chat right away, and they told me not to worry it's just a tech glitch. ok move on.
48 hour gone by, didn't receive my payout, so I called on Oct 29 night and the rep told me there's only one task left on the process and it should be done by the next morning.
Called Oct 30 lunch time, a different rep told me he would send my info to the team and the process should be done within hours.
Called again Oct 30 5 pm, another rep told me just simply wait till approval. He said as a rep, he could not do anything besides seeing my request was under review. So does that mean the first 2 reps were lying about the "last task" and "sending info"??
I will file the complaint soon but before that I would really need you guys take and input, I believe that many people here understand the stress of not being able to receive payout on time and getting pushed off by the book.
