It worked on my computer earlier today (1 attempt) but no success on phone both before and after). Obviously no response from their "customer service".

No phone or live chat. Email only and not fast reply.

It's offered as a low vigorish, low overhead with low support book.

I think they might purposely take 24 hours so people dont start expecting full service.

That is really giving them benefit of the doubt in a weird way.

Still cant get in on phone. Been away from my computer all day (besides turning it on when I couldn't check balance on phone). No answer from "customer service" but didnt expect 1.

is anyone able to get on the mobile site? I still cant since yesterday on my phone. cleared cookies and everything. no response from "customer service" for 30.5 hours and counting.

Regular site is currently working fine on my desktop .

The site itself is still loading up fast on my phone.

Can someone with an account please confirm if you can login via mobile for Bubba?

Do you have a BOL account? If so and the phone login also does not work there too, you can try them for advice.

Anytime I have asked betonline for lowvig advice they have denied any affiliation. And no log in problems at betonline. But that was a solid suggestion (not being sarcastic, sincere thank you for all the replies in this thread from you).

I can't login on mobile either. It says invalid login. Site loads but I can't get in. Desktop is fine.
