Bet at home has stolen my money. When they closed my account it was about 17500 pln on it ( about 4200 eur ). They did not give any reason, I send all docuements they asked me to send. They closed account, i asked why, they said: because u broke our rule. I asked which rule? But they did not answered more . I made a complaint to Ecogra, but they look at case 2 months and give some funny reason that they refuse now to investigate more. Sbr is my the last chance to fight for this big money.

No idea what can i do, my story is real, but i cant give here my personal data. I saw some open topic made bookmakers to pay. Some little chances they pay me just when they see this topic ( i mentioned 17500 pln, it was november 2018 ), or at least people see what s..t is this bookmaker. Only information i can give, i played normal bets, no mistakes,no pulps. Apparenty i won too much and they closed my account without any explanation.Ecogra done nothing. They are c..ks..s Anyway im waiting what sbr do with this. And dont say bullshit like A+ are best. TheGreek blocked my Live betting after 6 bets on mlb baseball, they said i go arbitrages, i admitted , they say im a trash player because i should lose all money on my own types( exactly that word used to me my account manager,no joke).Apparently he advices me to avoid arbitrages which is good money, and focus on my own types, which always ends on big minus. So apparently they accept only losers. And all top bookmakes are to be deposited via bitcoin( im fromPoland ) , which seems to risky for me. No i didnt. They closed my account without any warning. But i think bah has my betting history, so if bah wants to participate in the investigation, they will send my betting history. I would be happy. I can tell u that i did not make bet on any pulp or clear mistake, this was mainly on tennis and euroleague basketball. I can say im a pro player(apart from pinnacle when im losing money month by month, in all other bookies im getting limited quickly), and try to make clever bets, I think it is all i can say.
edit1:Even if 4000 euros is not very much money for me, i want to get it back, and why allow a bookmaker to steal money without any explanation? Btw i see some posts where players swear on 100 euros stolen and they make a complain to sbr.

I am using this book for over ten years, and I never had problems getting paid. He confirmed that he made arbitrage betting and lost over 600K at Pinnacle. It is nearly impossible to lose over 600k at Pinnacle only by doing arbitrage betting with one single identity. This book is quite well known in Poland. Most likely he would open an account at this book at the early beginning of his sports betting career. After a short time he would have been limited. In thegreek i had one account only . Im using other bookies , and im disaffected to thegreek . Pinnacle i had one account in Pinnacle , and now im continuing with asianconnect ( this 600 - 700 k euros is combined all loss with pinnacle and asianconnect ) . Obviously i have not played only arbitrates , i was playing my own types , which always had ended with big loss . It is pinnacle to bet high stakes , because in limited bet365 or unibet i cant bet 70 k euros on single bet , in pinnacle it is no problem bet even 100 k euros on tennis challangers , when i have 4k euros limit in asian connect in one single bet on odds from 2 to 4 for some challangers . 70 k euros this is my record , on Bulls - Nuggets some years ago , obviously lost bet .Comment -
