    Bovada Payout
    Hi SBR community,

I signed up with Bovada a little over 2 weeks ago and ended up winning roughly $1,000. I requested a payout on November 26th in the morning EST. I sent all the necessary documents in as they requested and was instructed that it should take 24-48 hours in the automatic email that they send out. Its been over 72 hours and when I called I was informed that all my documents have been verified but my payout is under review. I received a bonus and have already doubled my rollover amount that was necessary. I have been a long time member at betonline.ag but was introduced to bovada by a colleague of mine who informed me about their live parlay betting option which definitely caught my attention. He told me I have nothing to worry about and that I should probably receive my payment today. Since this was my first time using this book I wanted to test out the withdrawal option myself especially with it being a overseas book. Just wanted to ask you guys is this pretty standard from bovada to take over 72 hours.

    Thank you,

    Dana

Correct, this is for a bitcoin payout.

The live parlay betting feature that they allow compared to betonline.ag & other books that make you select parlay's prior to the match happening.

If you requested the payout on a Friday or a weekend this isn't surprising.

I would also think that the volatility in bitcoin has slowed payments, they probably don't want to send you money in bitcoin when volatility levels are as high as they've frequently been the last week.

Just got off the phone with an agent and was told that the bitcoin withdrawal option is down and that they can only send out checks? This just doesn't make any sense, why would they only allow me to withdraw through the check option. Then I recalled them to verify that with a different agent and was told that bitcoin withdrawal option is only available to members who have had accounts open for a certain amount of time. But yet they allowed me to deposit through bitcoin and the option to withdraw through bitcoin was available the entire time. Now today when I was suppose to get paid out they cancel my withdrawal request and remove the bitcoin withdrawal option and only have check by mail option. I sent in all the necessary documents that they've asked for. This is complete bs.

Its because bitcon is so volatle right now, if you wait a week or so it will lilkely be back up.

What are you talking about. I"m saying many bitcoin payments aren't going out through bitcoin because of volatility, and volatility should go down in a week or so. My guess is her payment is significantly lower or higher than yours and that's why it didn't go out.

There's no other reason to think that there's any other reason than volatility would explain why bitcoin payments aren't going out - so if you think volatility will drop than it makes sense to wait since a check will likely take weeks to get there.

What do you guys recommend? I definitely don't want to wait weeks to receive a freaking check.

If I were you I'd just wait -bitcon is very volatile right now, it likely will settle down in the next week and payments will likely resume at the normal rate.

nobody (including bovada) stopped bitcoin payouts because of volatility... and today was the least volatile day in the past 2 weeks so that theory makes no sense.

what happened is bovada took away her ability to withdraw bitcoin because the account has been open less than 30 days

You have no clue what books are or are not doing - its well known during period of volatility that bitcoin payouts are slower and bitcoin has been very volatile over the last week.

Bovada also couldn't take away her ability to withdraw using bitcoin if her account was open for less than 30 days - she never had it in the first place.

I ended up just requesting a check payout yesterday. They informed me no matter how long I wait that I can only receive a check withdrawal for my first few payouts until my account has history. This will be the last time that I use bovada for sure. I had my son make himself a bovada account and he was able to deposit bitcoin just fine and they offer him the bitcoin withdrawal option. This is complete BS, but it is what it is when you're dealing with offshore books. I'll be sticking with betonline from now on.

that could be part (if not all) of the problem... multiple accounts in the same family always looks suspicious.

If they already put you through KYC and are insisting on a check payout, it sounds like you are getting the extra close scrutiny that many women do.

If you are really Dana and not a gnome account for someone else, you will be fine and they will eventually let you transact any way you like.

As Mike said, opening two accounts from the same IP, Device or Address is just asking for trouble. You are handing them a gold plated excuse to not pay you if you win.

I'd make sure your son never uses the account or logs in again.
