To be honest the only thing I've really ever heard about this book is when they were offering no deposit bonuses - maybe they still do - and someone said it doesn't matter what they offer, stay away. In theory a book should never lower your limits to a point where you can't fulfil rollover but it's quite hard to enforce this especially if the book is regulated somewhere that doesn't get involved. What's their policy on how long you have to complete rollover?

wagering requirements- 60 days. For 60 days they do not offer 60 000 event to bet on. Also they have a rule that only one bet per event counts to the wagering requirements.

I think this is absolutely illegal- to limit so much that the customer practically cannot meet the terms.

Calculate it- 0.13 euros per bet....9750 euros left

I had 2000 euros there, also they do not answer for 10 days, live chat says one and the same "you will get answer asap".

2 live chat agents told me that if I cancel the bonus, I would have some of my money left. I cancelled the bonus and now I got 0 euros.

I can't access the site as they've apparently banned residents of my country from even visiting their book so I can't even see who they're licensed by. But as far as it being legal... unless you're betting with a book licensed in the UK or Australia, there really isn't such thing as "legal". Great books like 5Dimes, Pinnacle, Heritage, etc do the right thing because they want to and see the value in it. Unfortunately these smaller books who offer these deposit bonuses don't seem to care as much and there really isn't a way to force them to do anything. You can always send through a complaint here and see if one of our Dispute Analysts can work with them to try to help you out. Live chat says, they will answer by email, but no email since long time. I have 692 Euro at my account.

no News. I was in chat every penetrating day. They always told me, I will get an email. But nothing happens. I don´t think we will get our money. Lot of other people are making deposits every day and we couldn´t do anything...
