    lowvig customer service
    they only have email. i sent an email tuesday, wednesday , and thursday about an issue on my account (live betting not working properly). no response by a human to any of them. unacceptable.

        no idea if this thread helped, but they finally just responded to my issue (1st attempted to get to customer service tuesday)

          Didn't know they had live betting? Is it low vig? Are they the same line as BOL?

            I have had an issue with them. Here is how it goes.

            I email, they reply 2 days later, I reply in an hour and they reply 2 days later.

            Over and over and over.

            So annoying that it takes 2 days to answer a question that would take 2 seconds on the phone or chat.

            They lose action/deposits because of this.

            Not good for business one would assume.

              It's the price we pay for reduced juice I guess. It's worth it until one has an issue.
