I logged in today to get my Net loss bonus (for me at 25% of net losses and having lost truthfully around 15k this period) and nothing was available so I contacted them and was given a few different stories but basically all boil down to them reviewing my account and then they will credit me the bonus. One person I spoke to said that there are many customers having the same issue so I'm trying to see if anyone else is being told the same thing and if they had any resolution yet.
