Hello. Sekabet could be fraud. I am waiting for withdrawal for over a month. First they rejected my withdrawal after week waiting without explanation. I ordered another one. This was rejected too, and without any message in email. I then saw in webpage that I need to send documents. I did that and after they accepted documents, I ordered another withdrawal. Now I am waiting for that one 7 days. In total I am waiting from May 21. In that Period I chated with their support many times and the answer was the same "I need to wait and soon I will get my money". They said the same even when I asked for my first withdrawal. Don't even mentioned that I need to send kyc documents. So I suspect that they want to rob me or have problems with money.

It's normal for some books to take a week or two to process KYC.
Best to wait until they give you an answer and then react. Contacting them daily is more likely to set off a red flag that makes them look at your closer than hurry things up..Comment -

There is news. Last week (i think thursday) I wrote to them after they rejected my withdrawal again. Then support said that my withdrawal will be done in 24 hours. I waited all weekend. Yesterday I logged in and what I see is that they cancelled my withdrwal again without any message or explanation. So I conntacted cs again, they said that they had "technical issues" and my withdrawal will be paid in 24 hours.
So today few minutes ago I logged in and saw that my withdrawal was rejected once more. I contacted cs again asked why and the answer was "technical issues" and they asked me to conntact them tommorow. Its like a tale without ending .... Can I file a complaint against them. Or should I wait ?Comment -

It sounds like a red flag but they really could just have a tech issue too I guess.
Not that there is really a lot you can do either way. They are either telling the truth and you will be paid when it's fixed, or they are lying and you might be paid when they have funds again.
If I was you I would simply go through the process of contacting them again tomorrow and the next day if needed. I'd probably persist until next Monday myself and if not fixed by then, re-assess.

Really surprised with the complaint. For me sekabe has been by far the best 10bet-odds-related sportsbook. Withdrawed 5-6 times in the last months but not large sums of money. They even have not limited me. Really surprised. And they didn't accept the deposit prior verifying my account. Hope you get the money...Comment -
They are SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I have requested a withdraw since 3 months and without any reason they have not yet done. They are liers and always the say the same "Your withdraw will be completed as soon as possible".Comment
