Unibet dont want pay me !

My name is Leandro Fontes da Silva, im from Brazil (Sorry my bad english).
I send my documents to verification with my ID and screenshot my new neteller, but 15 days ago and Unibet dont answer me. I send many e-mails to unibet but nobody solve my problem. Please SBR or anybody here could solve my problem with very delay to verification ID and neteller (completes 15 days today!)

I want do withdrawl but Unibet dont leave make withdrawl without verification, but when they will make verification? 2017? 2018?

Very shame for Unibet this delay with 15 days or more to verification account and neteller...

Unibet request veriication and i send all documents for Unibet in 4/11 (almost 1 month ago) and nobody answer me. I requested withdrawal but never received because Unibet never done this verification. Very shame for Unibet!

I think that they dont will pay me.
