The person on the phone would only tell me my account is "under review" and they do it from time to time to everybody and it was "my turn" and the account would be back open tomorrow. Any chance at all that is the truth?

Why would I get the boot from winning at a -ev casino game? If I do, so be it but that doesn't really make sense. All I really care about is getting the money on my account.

Thats why your account is under review and all games are frozen. They are verifying you didn't cheat the system somehow since you had a size-able win in as you admitted a -EV game. I've seen their All or Nothing game though, def looks like a very high variance game. Anyways, be patient, it'll be unfrozen soon, standard procedure for any casino to verify large wins before paying out or allowing further game play. Report it to SBR if it isn't unfrozen within 48 hours.

Yes, extremely high variance. I played the option in which you have to win 2 games in a row. No success for a while betting $10 (to win $4000) and then, after dropping down to $5, won twice (not back to back but not particularly far apart). I assumed this is why my account was suspended and, knowing I did not do anything to cheat, am farily confident my account will be restored or at the very least my money will be paid but I'm still freaking out.

Nothing- at that point I was able to log in and see the message that my account was suspended. At some point since then they made it so I cannot log in. I will have to call them now.

That's NOT standard procedure and $4k is not a "very large win" in the casino. I've had bigger wins than that at Bovada among others and never once had my account frozen for "review"
If the game was in DGS software (the software used here at SBR casino) then it's possible they'll claim it was a software malfunction and confiscate winnings even though it's -ev game. They did it to that corey guy for hitting royal flushes close together playing VP. If you were playing in the real time casino you should be fine, but it's still not standard procedure to freeze an account for winning $4k in the casino.

Ages ago I got up $40k there and they never limited me or gave me any notice of course I finished that year -$9k in the hole so maybe Tony knew I would give it all back and more.

I've won twice that amount in a weekend at lower rated books and they dont shut my account down. this place is rated A or whatever and they do this shit?? Well it looks like my account is restored and all is OK. Oh, except they pulled 3k from my account stating u was paid at the wrong odds.

Incorrect. It has everything to do with my casino win. I won two $5 games in the All or Nothing Solitaire casino games in the mode of having to win two consecutive games, winning $2000 each. 5Dimes is now saying that I should have been paid 105-1, not 400-1, and has deducted the difference from my account. It is important to note a few things-

1. It was explicitly stated that $5 wins $2000. The other limits were also 400-1 ($1 to win $400, $2 to win $800, etc). So this was not an error on one specific amount. That has now been changed to 105-1.
2. This was also in line with the payout for winning a single game of 19-1. That has now been changed to 10-1.
3. Last night was the first time I played the game. So it is not as though I saw the error and tried to take advantage. To me, those were the correct payouts.

So basically 5dimes offered a game with specific payouts, and once I won the game, retroactively decided to change to the payouts. That does not seem right to me.

Doesn't sound right to me either. I would file a complaint. Sounds like a sportsbook casino taking shots at players (offering good odds to people and if it hits taking that away).

The other night I saw the frontpage of 5dimes talking about this all or nothing solitare and I went to see what the payout was for 1 win - it was 19 to 1 as you say. Win 1 game and win $20. So its been like that for MULTIPLE days.

You should have your money, mistakes will happen but some are a lot more obvious than others, in this case i think that they should honor the bets. like you said is not like you took advantage of it. just my 2 cents. Good Luck!

The old odds were way off. The odds of winning that game is about 10.5 to 1. New odds are spot on.
