5dimes no longer has live rebate and took money from me?!

5Dimes implemented a new live rebate live casino. I got into it and have been doing well for the past week an a half. Since yesterday, I have not seen the live rebate casino anymore. Is this only affecting me? In any case, that's not the only issue. They claim that the casino had a glitch and players received an incorrect amount of money as rebate. I see a debit of $150 in my account as an adjustment for that glitch. I am pretty sure I did not received such an extreme amount. Are they stealing from me?!!

They told me to contact them tomorrow at 9:00 AM EST, so I'll do that and see what is going on. In the meantime, I was hoping to hear if anybody had similar issues.

If you go into the account section and click "Transactions" I think you will find a record of previous cash back payments so you can check what you have been paid in the past.

5D won't steal off you. If the amount they have deducted is wrong they almost certainly will work it out and fix it.

Thanks for that suggestion. I did not call them but I went through the transactions and I did see some odd amounts. I assume it is right.

I chatted with the folks at 5Dimes and was told that the LiveDealer third party vendor had an error in some of the rebate calculations. The vendor is still working to sort out the issue and determine how much they over-rebated players. They are hoping to have all the data some time later today. I was also told that the rebate live casino may or may not come back after the issue is corrected.

It seems like they would want to get this issue fixed and that particular live dealer going again. 5dimes does like money right?
