Story: I made a Bitcoin deposit at 4:54 pm EST on 6/8 for 2.2344 BTC (roughly $512 USD) to sportsbetting.ag. After about 20-30 minutes, my bitcoin wallet (www.coinbase.com) had 3 confirmations and processed the transaction. Coinbase is as reputable as the come, and I've NEVER had a problem with Coinbase. Starting at 6:30 pm EST on 6/8 through this morning (6/10), I've been asking about why my transaction hasn't been posted to my account.I've heard plenty of excuses about their processor not working, etc. I've sent them screenshots from Coinbase via email. I've called several times. I've had live chats. The only thing I hear is "we are working on the problem" or "our payment processing team shows the transaction as pending" or "our processing team needs to investigate the matter". In 36 hours, I could investigate the Watergate scandal. They are very rude about it over the phone, and I don't feel like I'm any closer to a solution. This is unacceptable, and I believe I'm being scammed. The problem isn't difficult to understand or resolve. They have my bitcoins, and aren't giving me credit for the deposit.
Not sure what else to do. I've filed a complaint with SBR as well as OSGA. I hate online sportsbooks, and am not sure why I ever decided to take the risk in depositing with sportsbetting.ag.
Any thoughts on what can be done? What a f*cking disaster.
